Show pictures on the screen, teach different means of transportation, teach verb phrases of this unit, ask students to add more if they know. Eg. take the train, take a bus, ride a bike 4. Read the title of this unit: How do you get to school? Let them answer the question according to their own situations. ( In our school, most of the students walk, take a bus(school bus), ride their bikes to school.) III. Presentation1a 1. T: Look at the picture on your book. Match the words with the picture. Ask a student to write the answers on the screen. Check the answers. If the student is right , give praise; if he/she is wrong, give encouragements.2.
