Unit 13 unit14 Teaching aims:Knowledge aims: (1) key words: litter, bottom, fisherman, cost, industry, afford, survey, double, overcome, separate, thirsty. (2) key phrases: be harmful to, at the bottom of, take part in, shut off, take action, throw away, put sth to good use, set out, be thirsty for.Ability aims: Ss should be able to use key words. Ss should be able to use key phrases.Emotional aims: be proud of what we have learnt.Teaching key points: master phrases and key wordsTeaching difficult points: make good use of phrases and passive voice.Teaching procedures:Step 1: warm up Daily greetingStep 2: lead inT: we have learnt unit 13 and unit 14, do you still remember key words of these two units? Lets have a dictation. (have a dictation)Step 3: review1. Have a review about how to change verbs to adjectives, then finish exercises of words promotion.2. Have a review of key phrases, try to make sentences with them.3.
