Unit 8 Is there a post office near here？教学设计Section A (Grammar Focus-3c)一教材分析新课标初中英语教材强调学生的兴趣、经验等，能结合实际，贴近生活，强调语言的实践性和交际性。第八单元的教学内容都是围绕“问路与指路”这一生活化的主题展开的。本节课为新授课，它是第二单元的第二课时，是本单元重点语法的总结与运用。主要包括：1. 运用There be句型询问与描述事物的所在位置。2. 运用Where特殊疑问句询问与回答事物的所在位置。3. 巩固运用方位介词描述事物的位置。二学情分析本课的教学对象是学过四年英语的七年级学生，此阶段学生天真活泼，好奇心强，有较强的模仿能力和求知欲望，而且富有一定的逻辑思维能力。但运用所学灵活表述自身想法的能力有待提高，综合运用能力有所欠缺。有部分同学存在自信心不足，羞于表达等问题。三学习方法和教学方法在教学方法的总体构思上，注重让学生“从做中学”， 以及采用“分层次教学”，让大部分学生都能获得成功的体验，并适时给予肯定与表扬，从而提高学生的学习动机与兴趣。通过自主阅读、合作学习等，运用情景教学法、多媒体辅助教学法，用游戏激发学生学习英语的兴趣，训练和形成学生的英语能力。在教学中还注意指导学生养成良好的学习英语的习惯，勤思考，勤表达，学会合作学习，从而提高对英语的应用能力。四教学目标1. 语言知识目标：1) 熟练掌握有关方位介词的使用：in front of, behind, next to, across from, betweenand等。2) 继续练习there be 句型的一般疑问句及其肯定与否定回答，学习以where 引导的特殊疑问句的构成，能掌握以下句型：Is there a bank near here? Yes, there is. Its on Center Street.Are there any restaurants near here? Yes, theres one in front of the post office.Wheres the hotel? Its behind the police station. Wheres the bank? Its next to the post office. Wheres the park? Its across from the bank, behind the hotel.Where are the pay phones? There be (is，are) +名词+地点状语否定句：There isnt / arent 一般疑问句：Is/ Are + 主语 +? 肯定回答：Yes, there is/are. 否定回答：No, there isnt/arent. There be 句型中的主谓一致原则There be句型中be动词的形式要和其后面的主语在人称和数上保持一致。如果句子的主语是单数的可数名词，或是不可数名词，be动词用“is”。如果句子的主语是复数名词，be动词就用“are”。 如果有两个或两个以上的名词作主语，be动词要和最靠近它的那个主语在数上保持一致，也就是我们常说的“就近原则”。. One person chooses a building in the picture of 1a, but doesnt tell anyone which building it is. The others ask questions like those in the activity 3c until they guess which building it is.
