(2)To learn what-questions and the structure “would like” for ordering food.Ability aims: (1)To improve the ability of getting information by listening andspeaking.(2)Students learn and master how to order food in a noodle house.Emotional aims: (1)To arouse the studentsinterests in learning English.(2)To inspire the students to take a more active part in activities in class.(3)Students learn to cooperate with each other and help others while they are learning English.Teaching important and difficult points:(1)To improve the ability of getting information by listening andspeaking.(2)To learn what-questions and the structure “would like” for ordering food.Teaching methods: 1. Communicate with partners to practice the conversations. 2. Group work with task-based activities to make every student work in class. Teaching aids: Multi-media and blackboardTeaching procedures:Step .Lead-in1. Greet the students. 2. Then play a short video to lead in the new lesson. 3. Ask students to answer,” What is it talking about?” Step .Presentation 1. Learn new words about foods. such as cabbage, tomato, potato, carrot, beef, chicken, mutton, pork, and help the students revise countable nouns and uncountable nouns. Teach them to read. Then ask students to repeat.2. Match the words with the foods. (1a)3. Ask some students to answer to check the answers.4.
