Unit5 Why do you like pandas?（教学设计）一 设计思路这套人教版教材是根据学生们的心理特点、认知水平和兴趣爱好来编写的。不仅可以帮助学生们学会一些英语语言知识，更重要的是可以帮助学生们发展语言运用能力，让学生们会用英语表达思路、与人交流。教材也充分考虑了学生们的生活实际和学习需求，教材的内容和活动都与学生们的生活和兴趣紧密相连，目的是让学生们在英语学习中不感到枯燥乏味，做到有话可说、有话想说、有话能说。教材不仅重视培养学生们的语言能力，而且重视培养学生们的学习能力。而本节课将学的动物的单词、及表述喜欢的原因，教学中的各项活动都围绕动物展开，贴近生活，而且易引起学生们的兴趣爱好。学生们可以运用英语简单描述自己喜欢的动物，进一步培养和激发他们热爱动物、保护动物和维护生态平衡的思想情怀。二教学背景分析1.教学内容分析：本单元是七年级下册第五单元。在一个多学期的英语学习生活中，学生们已经学过了由what，where，why，when引导的特殊疑问句，所以在本单元的英语学习中将会比较容易接收新知识。2.学生情况分析：由于每个学生的认知水平不一样，所以在本单元学习中，每个学生所要掌握的内容也不一样，有的学生能认识一些动物的英文表达及简单表达喜好即可；有的学生不仅要会表达喜好，而且能描述动物。三教学目标分析1. 语言知识目标（1）重点单词：panda，zoo，tiger，elephant，lion，giraffe，animal，cute，lazy，smart，beautiful，kind，Australia，south，Africa，pet，leg，cat，sleep（2）重点短语：kind of，a lot，South Africa，so many，black and white（3）句型操练：Your dog is really cute，Peter! -what animals do you like? -I like elephants. They are cute.
