Play a short video of The Weather Report for students to watch, encourage students to be interested in this unit. T: Do you want to know how the weather is all over the world? Now, lets learn about the weather in Unit 7【设计意图】:通过播放一段天气预报的视频很直接的导入到了新课,给出几幅图片让学生来回答,为下面的学习打下基础。2. Looking at the pictures and matching the worlds with pictures.Then checking the answers and askT: How is the weather in picture a?Ss: Its raining.Then, ask the students to make conversations like this.【设计意图】:这个环节让学生学习如何去询问天气,在接下来的听力中会让学生感觉轻松一点。While-listening activitiesStep3. Listening for the general idea of 1b Tell Ss that Tom and Peter are talking about something. Ask the Ss to listen to their conversation and find out: What are they talking about ? _A.
