Unit 4 Its warm today第一课时教学设计教学目标:1、能听、说、认、读本课单词warm、cold、hot、cool、weather。 2、学会运用Its in 。3、了解东西南北中的气候情况,了解世界之广大,同一时间不同的地方气候也不同。教学重、难点:1、重点掌握单词warm、cold、hot、cool、weather。2、我国各地的天气状况,单词weather的发音。教学准备:卡片,课件,衣服。教学过程:Step 1:Warm-up and revision.1、Greeting.T: Lets begin our class. S:Stand up. Good morning, teacher! T:Good morning, boys and girls! Nice to meet you!S:Nice to meet you, too!T:Sit down, please. S: Thank you, Miss x x! 2、Review the words in unit 3 about the clothes.T:Look at me,please. I have a bag. Whats in it? Do you want to know? You can guess. (指名学生猜包内物品)3、Game:Whats missing?Step 2: Presentation.1、学习单词warm.T: Its warm today. Can I wear my dress/jacket today?S:Yes/No.T: Yes, I can. Because its warm today. T: Read after me,warm. W-A-R-M,warm.(指名读并板书)Its warm today.T: Very good. Now, look at the picture, where is this?S: Beijing. T: Right, Whats the weather like in Beijing? (引出Its warm .)S: Its warm. Its warm in Beijing.T:Whats the weather like in Lulong?S: Its warm in Lulong.2.学习单词 hot.T: Now, please look at this picture. Whats the weather like? Can you guess?T:Is it warm?S:No. T: Its hot. (教师领读)T: look at the picture. Its very beautiful. Where is this?Is it Beijing?Is it Lulong?No,Its Hong Kong. Whats the weather like in Hong Kong? S:Its hot. T:Its hot. Its hot in Hong Kong. Can I wear my sweater/dress?S:Yes/No.3、学习单词cool.T: look at the picture. This is Lhasa. Whats the weather like in Lhasa? Its 15 degrees. Can I wear my dress? S: No.T: Because Its cool.(教师领读)Its cool. Its cool in Lhasa.4、学习单词cold.T: Do you like snowman? Look at this snowman. Its lovely. Whats the weather like? Can you guess?Is it cool?No,its cold. (教师领读)T:This is Harbin. Whats the weather like in Harbin? S:Its cold in Harbin.Step 3: Practice:1、Guess:Whats the weather like?T: Look at the picture. Can you guess? Whats the weather like?课件出示关于天气的图片,在短时间内,考察学生的记忆力。2、Game: Point、read and jump.游戏规则:教师让四名学生到讲台前来,发给每位学生一张单词卡片。然后,教师用手指某个单词,持有该单词卡片的学生跳起,台下其他学生一起读单词。再让学生发出指令。3、学习单词weather及weather report.T: Now, we have learned 4 new words.(学生齐读单词)T: Great, and we called them weather.教读 weather. 教师要注意提醒学生读weather时,th咬舌尖播放课件,比较读音:weather、 father 、mother、brother.同时呈现单词卡片,领读weather report.4、教师播放Unit 4 Lets learn A部分的课件。学生观看。T: Now, lets listen to the weather report.T:I am the weather reporter now. Listen to me carefully. 教师模仿天气预报主持人播报天气。T:Do you want to be a weather reporter?OK!Make a weather report in your group.T:Who want have a try?(学生展示)5、Game: Let s play.教师准备地点和天气的卡片数份,两位同学抽取卡片进行句子练习。T: Lets play a game.
