Ltd, for the Entertainment Overlay Development Phase of the Theme Park and Snow Park in Chengdu.Mycotoo is an entertainment development company specializing in location based entertainment, live events and attractions. As your entertainment producers for this project, we bring our collaborative process to help in strategic planning, concept development, live show production and project management.It is our understanding that Mycotoos role will be to serve as your entertainment producers for the Theme Park and Snow Park. Our proposal for Design services includes biographical information of Mycotoos executive design team, a description of our design services, current assumptions that impact our approach to developing the program mix, a list of deliverables, an outline of the work timeline/schedule, proposed pricing, payment terms, and travel requirements.We thank you for the opportunity to submit our bid and look forward to collaborating with CREC Sichuan Eco-City Investment Co. Ltd.Thank you.SERVICES:We are pleased to submit the following proposal (this Proposal) for the provision by Mycotoo, Inc. (Mycotoo) to CREC Sichuan Eco-City Investment Co. Ltd. (Client) of certain services relating to the Entertainment destination in the Chengdu, Sichuan Province (the Project). Proposed as an Entertainment Overlay Development Phase of the Project, the package of services set forth in this Proposal (the Services) are intended to demonstrate how Mycotoo intends to manage this critical phase of the project.CURRENT ASSUMPTIONS:We believe that strong creative vision and business acumen hold equal importance and we take pride in protecting both areas.We will rely heavily on CREC Sichuan Eco-City Investment Co. Ltd. (CREC) feedback and have factored in the time needed for this in ourdesign process.The Services set forth in this Proposal use the following assumptions as the basis for design strategy: 1. Location: The proposed site for the Theme Park and Snow is in by the Heilongtan reservoir in Meishan county, Sichuan Province.2. Duration: Estimated design and production time based on comparable experiences is 2-3 years.This estimate is flexible.3. Budget: The Cap Ex Budget has not been finalized. Current assumptions for each portion of the project is based on comparable experiences as follows:a.Theme Park:$300M USD/b.Snow Park:$30-$35M USD(not including facility)/4. Size: The current pricing is based on design requirements for comparable experiences. The overall program quantity will be refined with more detail and clarification on facility footprint. Currently, the sizing is roughly:a. Theme Park:180,000-200,000 square metersb. Snow Park:5-7,000 square meters5. Design emphasis will focus on one (1) or a more Intellectual Properties, unique attractions, scalable programming and year-round (365-day) operations. The IPs will either be licensed or created for ownership by the Client. The course of action will determined during the design phase.6. Design Strategy: Overall programming strategy to include retail, dining and an immersive themed environment.7. Design Pricing: Fee break down will reflect phases required for Theme Park, and Snow Park only.DELIVERABLES:Phase 1A: ENTERTAINMENT OVERLAY DEVELOPMENT PHASE (8 WEEKS) The primary goal during this phase is to develop and define the overall concept/theme, and to begin to design each experience by generating preliminary story line, Character Point of View (POV) illustrations, and a written narrative. Mycotoos deliverables during the initial concept phase are as follows:ENTERTAINMENT OVERPLAYCreative Work Session:1、Creative Work Session: Mycotoo will lead a brainstorming/creative charrette (Creative Work Session) in Pasadena with Mycotoo Principals, Associates and key members of the Clients team to conceive the big ideas based a variety of themes.2、Masterplan: Mycotoo will develop the preliminary masterplan/ program layout diagram of each Park. The plan will highlight the following:a. Identification of the location of attractions within the footprint of the propertyb. Preliminary line/boundaries within each attraction including sizing and themesc. Preliminary guest flow circulation plans, including back-of-house facilities and service functions for each attractionWritten Guest Narrative：3、 Written Guest Narrative: Mycotoo will develop a brief written guest experience narrative outlining the overall experience from the perspective of the guest (from entry to exit) for each Park. Mycotoo will develop written narratives for the Client.4、 Art：4、 POV Rendering: Mycotoo will deliver Six (6) color illustrations that show guests points of view of the main environments and key attractions. 5、 Aerial Rendering: Mycotoo will develop one (1) captivating rendering that captures the entire experience from a birds eye Ievel. It will be delivered as an isometric layout and in full color.a. Theme Park: One (1) Birdseyeb.Snow Park: One (1) BirdseyeProgram Matrix项目列表：6、Program Matrix: Mycotoo will deliver one program matrix in table form, listing preliminary attractions for the content/programming, show mix for area locations and demographic appeal.Reference Images：7、Reference Images: Mycotoo will assemble and layout reference mood boards for the themes and attractions using found photographic reference images to convey creative intent of entertainment atmosphere, look & feel, and area development.Presentation Book：8、Presentation Book: Mycotoo will design, layout and assemble one (1) presentation of the concepts generated during this Entertainment Overlay Development Phase. It will demonstrate creative design intent using the original art generated, plans, estimates and photographic reference images as needed. The Presentation serves as a valuable marketing tool to investors and potential sponsors, and will be delivered electronically and as a print copy.9、Electronic Files:Mycotoo will provide all deliverables in PDF format to be transferred via WeTransfer or alternative upload platforms preferred by the client(such as:QQ mail,Wechat, or Baidu Cloud)REMAINING DESIGN& PRODUCTION PHASES NEEDED TO MEET TARGET OPENING：The following phases are NOT INCLUDED in this Proposal.However,Mycotoo is capable and confident in leading these phase for the Client,as a separate scope of work:PHASE #1B. Conceptual Masterplan Phase (18 weeks):The primary goal of this phase will be to develop and define the overall entertainment concept and begin to envision the experience for each attraction. We will work with the Client to strategically plan key milestones and phases of production to meet a target budget and business plan. A program layout will be developed to organize the program while artwork will be created to help the Client envision the look and feel of the project. The key components of the Project are outlined in the Deliverables matrix below:PHASE #2. Concept Refinement/Schematic Design Phase (12 Weeks)During this phase, the big ideas generated during the Conceptual MasterPlan phase are then translated into a more refined concept where preliminary drawings showing sizing and general specifications, can be shared with architects, engineers and other vendors. Preliminary infrastructure requirements such as power and water are preliminarily defined. A much more detailed development package is provided in the next phase of work. The above documents are compiled within a Schematic Show Package and Architectural Design Package consisting of facility layout plans for attractions, initial technical show systems designs (lighting, audio, control, etc.), elevations/drawings for all themed facades, etc. The mix of story-driven environments, themed facades and off-the-shelf attractions must be well integrated into the facility. It is during this phase that a Facility Design Architect will join the production team to make that integration smoother.PHASE #3. Design Development Phase (30 Weeks)During Design Development, the Schematic package is expanded upon to add further details. Mycotoo develops the design packages for attractions while working with the Project Architect, as the facility and site packages are developed.
