Hows it going? Can I take a message for.?Its sunny/ windy/ cloudy/ raining/ snowing.2能力目标学会用英语来询问和描述天气情况。3情感目标培养学生学习英语的兴趣,乐于参与课堂活动的积极感情。三、教学重、难点重点:1、掌握本课有关天气的所有单词。2、能够运用所学句型How is the weather? Its sunny/ cloudy/ 进行口头交际。3、听懂本课所学的听力材料。难点:如何用英语询问和描述天气。四、教具多媒体课件五、教学方法以学生为主体,以任务、讲练为主线,采用多媒体课件,运用“交流互动”模式进行教学。六、教学过程Step1 warming-upStep2 New words1Read together for three times. sunny、cloudy 、windy 、rain/rainy/raining、snow/snowing/ snowy.weather cook park message could back problem again2. 多媒体课件展现不同天气情况的图象e.g. (点击晴天图像)T:Whats this. Ss:Its the sun T:We can say, “Its sunny today.” Read after me, sunny. Ss:Sunny.(用同样的方法教授其它单词,带读并指名个别学生读)2头脑风暴多媒体呈现不同的天气图像,学生根据图像快速说出英语单词sunny, cloudy, windy, rainy/ raining, snowy/snowing.3搭配练习,把单词和图画匹配。windycloudyraining/ rainysnowing/snowysunny4猜测天气叫两位同学到黑板前来,用句型。Is it sunny/ windy/ ?猜测天气。e.g. S1: Is it sunny:Ss: NoS1: Is it cloudy?Ss: Yes, Its cloudy Step3 New Drills1利用课件展现不同的天气图像,呈现句型,引导学生回答。T: How is the weather?Ss: It is raining.T: How is the weather?Ss: Its windyT: 2全班分成两组,相互询问和描述天气情况e.g. S1: Hows the weather? S2: It is sunny. How is the weather?S3: It is cloudy. How is the weather?S4: Step4 Listening1课件呈现Moscow, Toronto, Boston这几个城市,教授单词Moscow, Toronto, Boston。2师生谈论page37图中的天气情况T: How is the weather in picture a ?Ss: It is raining.T: How is the weather in picture c?Ss: Its sunny.3听录音把1b里的城市写在图中的方框中。 4. Listen and number the pictures(1-4) 5. Listen again.Match the names with the activities. 6. Talk about the people in 2a with a patner. 7. Role-play the conversation.(1)提问:1 What is Steve doing? 2 Is Ricks brother at home? 3 What is Ricks brother doing? 学生回答 (2) 让学生分组分角色朗读 Step5 Practice学生两人一组谈论Moscow, Toronto, Boston, Beijing, Shanghai的天气情况。A: Hi! How is the weather?B: Its sunny.选几组同学在班上表演Step6 Task(任务扩展)学生观看并记下五个城市的天气情况。分组,配合预报天气。Sample: Good morning! Here is the weather report for today. Its sunny in Hainan. Its cloudy in Beijing. Its Thank you for listening.Step7 Consolidation1师生一同总结本课的语言焦点。2用所给单词的正确形式填空。(1)Its sunny (sun)today. (2)The weather is bad now.
