大学英语四级考试大纲大学英语四级考试大纲(Syllabus for College English Test Band Four(CET-4) )由全国大学四、六级考试组委会制定。目录1总则2考试内容 第一部分：写作 第二部分：听力理解 第三部分：阅读理解 第四部分：翻译3试卷结构1总则国家教委在印发理工科本科和文理科本科用的两种大学英语教学大纲的通知中指出，大纲执行两年后，开始对结束四、六级学习的学生进行统一的标准化测试。大学英语四级考试(CET-4)就是根据这一规定而设计的。考试的目的在于全面考核已修完大学英语四级的学生是否达到教学大纲所确定的各项目标。这种考试属于尺度相关常模参照性考试(criterion-related norm-referenced test)。教学大纲指出：大学英语教学的目的是培养学生具有较强的阅读能力、一定的听的能力(理工科适用的大纲还规定一定的译的能力)以及初步的写和说的能力，使学生能以英语为工具，获取专业所需要的信息，并为进一步提高英语水平打下较好的基础。为此，本考试主要考核学生运用语言的能力，同时也考核学生对语法结构和词语用法的掌握程度。本考试是一种标准化考试。由于如今尚不具备口试的条件，暂时只进行笔试。考试范围主要是教学大纲所规定的一级至四级的全部内容(说与译的内容除外)。为保证试卷的信度，除短文写作是主观性试题外，其余试题都采用客观性的多项选择题形式。短文写作部分旨在较好地考核学生运用语言的能力，从而提高试卷的效度。本考试于每学期结束前后举行，由大学英语四、六级标准考试设计组负责和实施。每年举行两次。2考试内容本考试包括四个部分：写作，听力理解，阅读理解，翻译。全部题目按顺序统一编号。第一部分：写作(Part ：Writing)：共1题，考试时间30分钟。要求考生写出一篇100-120词的短文，试卷上可能给出题目，或规定情景，或要求看图作文，或给出段首句要求续写;或给出关键词要求写成短文。要求能够正确表达思想，意义连贯，无重大语法错误。写作的内容包括日常生活和一般常识。短文写作部分的目的是测试学生运用英语书面表达思想的初步能力。第二部分：听力理解(Part 1：Listening Comprehension)：共30题，考试时间30分钟。这一部分包括两节：A节(Section A)听力对话,有10题，每题含一组对话，对话后有一个问句。B节(Section B)听力短文,有20题，分别安排在若干篇听力材料之后，每篇后有二至四道题，每题为一个问句。单词及词组听写，。要求考生在听懂短文的基础上，用所听到 的原文填写空缺的单词或词组，共10题。短文播放三遍。听力部分的每个问句后有约15秒的间隙，要求考生从试卷所给出的每题四个选择项中选出一个最佳答案。录音的语速为每分钟约120词，念一遍。选材的原则是：1、对 话部分为日常生活中的一般对话，句子结构和内容不太复杂;2、 短篇听力材料为题材熟悉、情节不太复杂的故事、讲话、叙述等;3、 所用词语不超出教学大纲词汇表四级规定的范围。听力理解部分的目的是测试学生获取口头信息的能力。第三部分：阅读理解(Part ：Reading Comprehension)：共20题，考试时间40分。包含三个部分:SectionA词汇理解,有10题，根据文章后面给出的15个单词填补文章里的10个空格，不能使用给出的单词超过一次。SectionB长篇阅读，有10题，篇章后附有10个句子，每句一题。每句所含 的信息出自篇章的某一段落，要求考生找出与每句所含信息相匹配的段落。有的段落可能对应两题，有的段 落可能不对应任何一题。SectionC仔细阅读，有10题，两篇文章，每篇文章后有5个问题或者未完成的声明。题材广泛，可以包括人物传记、社会、文化、日常知识、科普常识等，但是所涉及的背景知识应能为学生所理解;选材的原则是：1、体裁多样，可以包括叙述文、说明文、议论文等;2、文章的语言难度中等，无法猜测而又影响理解的关键词，如超出教学大纲词汇表四级的范围，用汉语注明词义。阅读理解部分主要测试下述能力：1、 掌握所读材料的主旨和大意;2、 了解说明主旨和大意的事实和细节;3、 既理解字面的意思，也能根据所读材料进行一定的判断和推论;4、 既理解个别句子的意义，也理解上下文的逻辑关系。阅读理解部分的目的是测试学生通过阅读获取信息的能力，既要求准确，也要求有一定速度。第四部分：翻译(Part ：Vocabulary and Structure)：共1题，考试时间30分钟。段落汉译英，翻译内容涉及中国的历史、文化、经济、社会发展等。长度为140160个 汉字。3试卷结构四级考试的试卷结构、测试内容、测试题型、分值比例和考试时 间如下表所示：试卷结构测试内容测试试题分值比例考试时间作文作文短文写作15%30分钟听力理解听力对话短对话多项选择8%30分钟长对话多项选择7%听力短文短文理解多项选择10%短文听写单词及词组听写10%阅读理解词汇理解选词填空5%40分钟长篇阅读匹配10%仔细阅读多项选择20%翻译汉译英段落翻译15%30分钟总计100%130分钟2016年英语四级听力试题的题型有所调整 考试时间：2015上半年考试时间为6月13日,下半年为12月19日 考试科目：考试内容包括：写作、听力、阅读、翻译 1. 取消短对话2. 取消短文听写3. 新增短篇新闻(3段)其余测试内容不变。调整后四级听力部分的试题结构见下表：测试内容测试题型题量分值比例短篇新闻3段选择题（单选）7题7%（每题1分）长对话2篇选择题（单选）8题8%（每题1分）听力篇章选择题（单选）10题20%（每题2分） 改革之处：短篇新闻，原是英语专业四级与八级的题型，在改革去除之后，跑到了四级当中。此次，四级中，会有3段新闻，7道选择题。两篇较短的新闻，字数在130-140词左右;较长的一篇，字数在200词左右。在四六级考试委员会此次所给出的样题中，三段新闻皆出自于BBC News。难点所在：新闻听力中，会出现大量的专有名词与正式用语。同时，话题也将不再是大家熟悉的校园，生活类，而将转变为时事政治与社会热点。这对于原本听力基础就较为薄弱的同学而言，就更是雪上加霜。应对方法：1. 词汇积累：背诵英语新闻中的高频与专业词汇。(可使用开心词场，背诵新闻词汇。)2. 掌握新闻规律：新闻作为正式文章，在结构方面是相对固定的。按照总分结构展开，首句说明事情概况，之后进行细节描述。同时，出题也会从总体和细节两个方面进行。掌握好规律，提高做题的正确率。3. 着手练习：由于原本在英语专业考试中有涉及，因此同学们可以先从以前的专业四级考试中选择题目进行练习，熟悉题型。平时，开始收听BBC与VOA的新闻，养成每日浏览外媒新闻的习惯，加强对于时事热点的了解。 大学英语四级考试听力样题Part II Listening Comprehension (25 minutes)Section ADirections:In this section, you will hear three news reports.
