Primary-color carborundum wear-resistant floor from Jiangmen Cato Company would be adopted in this project. According to the general requirements for wearability and strength design, the consumption of wear-resisting mixture per square meter is about 4kg, with strong wear-resistant. 由于两座厂房的金刚砂耐磨地面为一次性的随捣随抹光,上部结构都需在上面施工,那么,对已完成的金刚砂耐磨地面保护是本工程重点和难点之一。Because carborundum wear-resistant floor of the 2 buildings is done by means of smoothing along with mixing, and the upper structure would be located above, therefore, the protection for completed carborundum wear-resistant floor is key and difficult point in this project.主要工作量Main work quantity:金刚砂耐磨地坪carborundum wear-resistant floor 168*76=12768M2;金刚砂carborundum:4*12768=51072kg混凝土量Concrete quantity: 12768*0.25=3192 m3钢筋量Steel bar quantity:93t不发火地坪non-sparking floor 500M2;2. 编制依据Development basis2.1施工合同Construction contract 2.2 施工图纸Construction drawings 20781-TCCBO-DW-2014-01(1)、11(1)、 20781-TCCBO-DW-2015-11(1)、20781-0000-JSD-2002-01 、05J9092.3 中国现行建筑施工规范、规程Chinas current applicable construction specifications and codes混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范(GB50204-2011)Quality Inspection Criteria for Concrete Structure Construction (GB50204-2011)混凝土钢筋规范GB1499(热轧)Criteria for the Steel Bars in Concrete (Hot Rolled) GB1499建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准GB50300-2001The United Criteria for the Architecture Project Construction Quality GB50300-2001基础工程GB50202-2002The Quality Inspection Criteria for Foundation Construction GB50209-2002建筑地基处理技术规范JGJ79-2002The Technology Criteria for the Processing of Architecture Foundation JGJ79-2002工程测量规范GB50026-2007The Specifications for engineering survey GB50026-20072.4四化建公司质量手册FCCs Quality Control Manual 3. 施工准备Construction preparation3.1所有进场人员必须经过BPZ有关部门的HSSE培训方可进入施工现场,进入现场必须正确佩戴规定的安全防护用品。All personnel entering into site must go through HSSE trainings conducted by BPZ authorized department before going into site. Personnel site induction must accompanied with correct wearing of PPE. 3.2特种作业人员为电工,司机等必须持证上岗,并且按照要求正确佩戴护具和按操作规程进行操作。Special work type operating personnel such as electricians and drivers must have on-the-job certificate, together with requirement of correct wearing of PPE and operating complying with operational procedures. 3.3熟悉审查图纸和有关资料,做好技术交底工作。Get familiar with drawings subject to be checked for approval and other documentations, and make effort to do better technical description and assignment work. 3.4现场施工用水,用电,必须在开工前安装到位。保证现场施工需要。施工用水、用电的接入点由IPMT现场指定。Use of water and electricity for site construction must be prepared before construction starting-up. Such preparation shall satisfy site construction demand. Access points for water and electricity for construction use are decided by IPMT at site. 3.5 所有施工机械和设备进入现场,其工作性能必须良好并且经过相关部门(IPMT)检查验收。合格后方可进入现场。All machines and equipment mobilized into site must be in good conditions together with check for approval by concerned departments (IPMT). The qualified are allowed to be set down at site only. 3.6 材料,机具和设备的准备工作在开工前必须完成,保证连续施工需要。Preparation of materials, machines & tools, and equipment must be accomplished before work starting-up so as to ensure an uninterrupted construction. 3.7 施工现场作业区域必须按照BPZ相关部门的要求进行硬隔离。The operating area in construction site shall be physically isolated strictly in accordance with BPZ authorized departments. 3.8 人员和材料进入施工现场的路线:Routine for mobilization of personnel and materials人员Personnel:3号厂大门3# Plant Gate 施工现场 Construction Site 材料Materials: 4号厂大门4# Plant Gate 施工现场 Construction Site。4. 施工程序Construction procedures施工方案的编制、审批Development and approval of construction statement 确认工人和材料进出现场的路线Determination of routine for personnel and material mobilization 材料wi报验 material approval 施工construction 仓库耐磨地坪:先南北面再中间的施工顺序(中间轴先留12m通道),南北面分别分为6m一格由西往东进行施工;Warehouse wear-resistant floor: follow the procedure starting from north-south side to middle (leave 12m passage in the middle), separately set a grid with 6m at north/south side, with construction from west to east. 打包机框架20mm厚不发火水泥砂浆找平:200mm thick non-sparking cement mortar leveling.主要施工方法Main construction methods5.1金刚砂耐磨防尘地坪 carborundum5.1.1具体做法:250厚C30混凝土,配筋直径6150 (HRB335) 双层双向。强度达标后表面撒布金属骨料,2-3厚金属骨料耐磨面层,随打随抹光。 采用钢模,施工时注意地坪的坡道走向;Specific method: 250mm thick C30 cement concrete surface, steel bar HRB335 dia.6150 two-way and two-layer. Spread 23mm metal aggregate wear-resistant surface after the strength reaching the standard, being troweled as same time with placing. Steel formwork would be used, and special attention should be paid to the slope direction when perform the work.5.1.2施工时间:混凝土初凝时开始进行,直至表面收光完成;Construction time: start when concrete become pre-hardening, and end after surface leveling. 5.1.3施工设备:采用专门的抹光机进行机械镘抹作业;Equipment: use specialized trowelling machine to do the operation. 5.1.4表面提浆:撒布材料前应使用圆盘机械镘抹,均匀地将混凝土表面提浆,去除多余浮浆;Surface mud extracting: use disk-type trowel to evenly smooth the concrete surface prior to spread the materials, so as to remove the excess laitance;5.1.5耐磨料施工:耐磨材料撒布的时机随气候、温度、混凝土配合比等因素而变化。撒布过早会使耐磨材料沉入混凝土中而失去效果;撒布太晚混凝土已凝固,会失去粘结力,使耐磨材料无法与其结合而造成剥离。判别耐磨材料撒布时间的方法是脚踩在砼上,约下沉58mm时,即可开始第一次撒布施工。Wear resistant material construction: the time to spread this kind of materials varies with the climate, temperature, mixture ratio of concrete and other factors. Spreading too early would make wear-resistant materials sink into the concrete and lose effect; if spreading too late, concrete has already solidified, so it will lose the cohesive force, which will lead to stripping because the 2 kinds of materials cant be combined properly. The method to determine the time to spread the materials is that put feet on the concrete, if sink 58mm, can start the first spreading construction.第一次撒布作业,将规定用量三分之二的耐磨料均匀撒布在初凝的混凝土表面上;The 1st time spreading operation: 2/3 wear resistant material should be evenly distributed on the concrete surface with initial setting;待耐磨料吸收一定水分变黑后,用6米长的铝合金(或50100钢质方管)擀枋对表面进行擀平,After the materials absorb certain moisture and getting dark, use 6m long aluminum alloy (or 50 x 100 steel tube) roller to make the surface flat.表面擀平后,用圆盘机械进行镘抹作业,然后再用擀枋擀平,After the surface is smooth, use disc-type disk-type trowel, then roller to make it flat.以上工序完成后,第一层材料硬化至一定程度时(在25C时约4560min)进行第二次撒布作业;将剩余的40%硬化剂撒在第一层上,再次重复以上和工序。After the above steps are completed, start the 2nd time spreading operation when the first layer of materials is hardened to a certain degree (about 4560min at 25 C); cast the remaining 40% hardening agent on the first layer, then repeat the step and .第二次的搓抹作业,共需进行至少三次圆盘机作业;在此过程中,可以再用铝合金擀枋适时刮平,将多于的水泥浆及时清走,不足的地方补平。这一道工序也是关乎地面平整度的关键工序。2nd time rubbing operation: a total of at least three times of disc machine operation should be performed; in the process, timely use aluminum alloy roller to smooth, remove the extra cement slurry and fill the insufficient places. This step is the key process related to floor flatness. 表面收光:待圆盘机械搓抹作业完成后,经目测观察和水平仪随机测量,平整度满足要求后,即可用机械抹光片(卸下圆盘)进行镘抹,磨光机的运转速度和磨光刀片的角度视耐磨料的硬化情况而适时调整。机械镘抹作业应纵横交错进行,至表面收光为止,边角可用手工镘抹完成。机械磨光的次数一般反复34次,即可达到要求。Surface finishing: after disc-type trowel operation is completed, and visual inspection and random measurement with level gauge, then use mechanical troweling tablets (unload the disc) to smooth, timely make adjustment to the operation speed of polishing machine and the angle of polishing blade.Disc-type trowel operation should be arranged in a crisscross way up to the surface finishing, and to the corner, complete with manual. Mechanical polishing times generally repeat 34 times, to meet the requirements.这是最后一道工序,是地面光洁度和感官的关键工序。This is the last step, which is the key procedure to floor surface finish and sensory.5.1.6施工中的注意事项Matters needing attention in construction 1、混凝土初凝过程中,施工的脚印必须补填含骨料多的砼;The footprints occur in the period of the initial set of concrete must fill with aggregate concrete;2、切实掌握好收光时耐磨料硬化的程度,时间太晚,收光面观感达不到要求;To master the hardening degree of wear-resistant material when the surface finishing, otherwise, the finishing surface does cant meet the requirement if the time is too late. 3、无论在任何时候,严禁向耐磨料里洒生水。否则会影响耐磨地面的表面硬度及耐磨强度;Forbid to sprinkle raw water on the wear- resistant material at any time, because it will affect the surface hardness and abrasive resistance.4、如夜间施工时,要保障照明,以确保收光效果;The lighting should be guaranteed when work at nights to ensure the finishing effect. 5、最后的收光作业阶段,施工人员应穿防水塑料纸包裹的泡沫平底鞋。At the last light finishing operation stage, the workers should wear foam flat shoes wrapped with waterproof plastic paper.6、后浇带处的耐磨地面施工。为保证整体质量,此处的耐磨地面施工还须认真、仔细的施工,对后浇带两边接口处需细细的人工镘抹,力求和大面积地面接顺,形成一个一致的整体。Wear-resistant floor construction for post-cast strip: in order to ensure the overall quality, wear-resistant floor construction must be performed seriously and carefully. As to the connection points at the both sides, arrange worker to trowel slowly, striving to joint smoothly with large-area floor to form a coherent whole.7、地坪砼浇灌时注意保持坡道及平整性,并留设试块,完工24小时后及时切缝处理;Pay attention to maintain the slope and its levelness when concrete casting for floor, and reserve the testing pieces, timely make joint-cutting treatment 24 hours after finished.8、按设计规定留置拉杆钢筋及传力杆钢筋,栏杆筋为14900,L=700mm;传力杆钢筋为20270,L=400;留置的钢筋头注意保护以免伤人;Indwell tie bar and dowel steel according to the design requirements, with tie bar: 14900, L=700mm and dowel tie bar 20270, L=400, be careful to not hurt people. 5.1.7耐磨地面的养护curing of wear-resistant floor 耐磨地坪施工5-6小时后,表面铺薄膜养护,24小时内禁止非施工人员在上面行走,地面养护3天后可进行后续项目的施工。After wear-resistant floor construction is completed in 5-6 hours, cure it with thick film on surface. Workers are forbidden to walk on it in 24 hours, and the follow-up step can be continued after curing the floor for 3 days. 5.1.8耐磨地面的保护 protection of wear-resistant floor 仓库上部为钢结构,因此耐磨地面完成后,对其保护是本工程的重点和难点之一。The steel is located above the warehouse, so protection of wear-resistant floor is key and difficult point in this project. 具体的保护方案如下detail:1、地面完成后的第三天,在地面上满铺塑料布覆盖,并浇水湿润,塑料布的边角用重物压牢。At the 3rd days after the completion of the floor, cover it with plastic cover and spray the water, and press firmly with heavy objects at the edges of plastic cloth. 2、严禁将其他材料的包装纸箱放在地面完成区域,由于包装纸箱被水湿润后脱落的有颜液体更易污染耐磨地面。Strictly prohibit putting package boxes for other materials on the completed area, because the color of the boxes after wetted by water is more susceptible to contaminate the floor.3、对于有防火墙的两边地面,应尽量选择规矩的模板保护,减少后续的墙体施工对地面的污染。The ground with firewall at both sides, should try to choose standard formwork to protect, further to reduce the contamination on floor by follow-up wall construction.5.2不发火水泥砂浆地坪 non-sparking floor mortar leveling5.2.1不发火水泥砂浆地坪材料:20mm厚1:2.5水泥砂浆抹平(骨料用石灰石、白云石砂、NFJ金属骨料)Materials: 20mm 1:2.5cement mortar leveling (aggregate: limestone, dolomite sand,and NFJ Metal aggregate).5.2.2施工前表面清理干净,刷素水泥浆一道,内掺建筑胶;Clean the surface before construction, paint neat cement paste for one time, mixed th construction glue. 6.质量控制措施 Quality control measures6.1质量控制操作严格按照各规范要求执行;the operation of quality control should proceed strictly aside by all specifications 6.2建立健全的质量保证体系,责任落实到人。Establish a complete quality control system with distribution responsibility system to individuals. 6.3组织内部各岗位质量工作职责如下:Organization internal quality control responsibility:项目经理:是本工程管理者,也是第一质量责任人,对工程质量、工程成本、工程进度全面负责,保证每个过程都在受控状态下进行,确保产品质量符合规范、满足合同规定的要求。Project Manager: PM is the administrator of the project as well as the first quality responsible person. PM takes the full responsibility regarding project quality, project cost and project progress, ensures that each project step and procedure is proceeded under control, guarantees that quality of all products is conform to codes and specifications as well as satisfy requirements specified in the contract. 施工经理:负责施工组织管理与协调,确保工程按期、按质、按量完成。Construction Manager: CM is responsible to organize, manage and coordinate the project construction, to ensure that the project construction is completed in time with satisfied quality and quantity. 专业工程师:对本专业技术工作负全面责任。负责对内、对外的技术联络、技术资料的编制、过程产品的检验和试验,确保工程质量达到业主和设计的要求。Engineers of various disciplines: They take full responsible for their own job with corresponding expertise work, including internal and external contact for some technical issues, preparation and development of data sheet, test and commissioning of process products. Also they are responsible for making the project engineering quality to meet requirements of the owner and the design 材料工程师:负责工程材料的采购、供应,确保所购工程材料质量符合要求,并及时供应。Material Engineer: ME is responsible for procurement and supply of materials used for the project. ME must guarantee that all procured project materials have sound quality to meet relevant specification. Supply of materials shall be uninterrupted and on time. 质量工程师:负责对施工过程与质量体系文件的符合性及施工质量进行监督,发现违章操作或不合格品,有权责令停工、进行纠正或停止使用,且不得转入下一工序,对产品质量有否决权。QC Engineer: QC engineer is responsible for supervising construction process quality compliance with relevant quality control document as well as construction quality. They have power to order someone to stop doing a specific job, correct a wrong doing or terminate someone to use something if they find out operation violations or unacceptable products. They have veto power to product quality. 各岗位人员:必须认真做好本职工作,严格按设计要求、规范规定、操作规程进行施工。Personnel on various jobs: Try their best effort to contribute best work. Doing their own job strictly accordance with design requirement, specification and operation procedure. 6.4严格按照土建质量控制计划进行质量控制、检查。Conduct quality control and inspection strictly in accordance with civil engineering quality control plan.6.5加强各工序的自检、互检,如果发现错漏,及时进行返工、增补。Enhance self inspection or inspection each other.
