Its in the south of china, and its got a beautiful lake.Amy: and there are lots of mountains and lakes in Guilin.Sam: I think we should go to all these places.Mother: Thats a good idea.本课是语言讨论课,以谈论地图,欣赏视频为导线,引出城市话题,学习怎样表达去某个地方的意愿。 课题Moudle9unit2 I want to go to shanghai.教学目标1.能灵活应用句子表达,描述城市的特点2、能听懂课文的录音,流利地朗读课文,并能正确理解篇章大意,回答问题。3.围绕文本进行话题讨论,融合以前的学过的相关知识来拓展。通过多种教学活动,激发学生学英语的兴趣,引导训练培养他们综合的阅读能力。4.培养学生热爱家乡,热爱祖国大好河山的美好情怀。教学重点和难点1、 重点:学习文章,掌握地点词汇的正确说法,培养学生的基本阅读能力。2.难点:应用句型,完成对景点的综合描述。课前准备卡片,课件,课本,学生每人一份合作学习的写作材料。教学过程设计教学环节教师活动预设学生活动设计意图Step 1 Warming up.1.师生问好T: Whats the weather like ?2. T: today is a special day. there are some new teachers who come here. 1.学生回应教师Its sunny.通过热身活动,既调动了学生积极的情绪,又为后面的教学新课的语言知识做铺垫.Step2 Lead in1.观看一些风景幻灯片。T:lets enjoy some pictures. Do you know their names? Where is it? 依次呈现中外学过的一些景点,复习它们的名称表达。(如有不会的,教师可以直接告知,并快速教读一遍。)2. T:Are they beautiful? I really want to go the Stonehenge. Where do you want to go?Ss look and say the names of the pictures.学生欣赏,并齐声说出这些地点的名称。Ss answer freely.s1: I really want to 复习这些学过的地点即可以引发学生的共鸣,又可为后面的学习奠定词汇基础。直接讨论地点图片,快速激活。通过问答练习句子,并直接引出标题I want to。的句式Step3 Presentation. text learning 1.呈现课题,齐读课题。T: Now the family of Smart,Amy, Sam and their parents wants to visit china. They are talking about their traveling plan.1.) Listen and answer questions.u Where does Sam want to go?u Where does Amy want to go?u Where does the father want to go?2.) T: please read the passage, and then answer questions.u Why does Sam want to go to Shanghai?Because its very big and famous.u Why does Amy want to go to Guilin?Because there are lots of mountains and lakes in China.u Why does the father want to go to Kunming?Because its in the south of China and it has got a beautiful lake.齐读问题,学生回答。并将其中的生词通过卡片和板书教读,再理解,帮助过单词关。3. Watch the cartoon.4.listen and repeat老师播放录音,请学生跟读,体会句子的声调。之后让学生自己读读体会声调。5.为动画配音,趣味配音。可以叫四名同学分饰四角色,然后全班四组分四个角色再读。1.学生听完录音后再读问题,然后回答问题。学生自读课文,找到答案并回答。2. 学生听录音后 跟读,纠正错误发音,模仿纯正语音语调,让学生多读。3. 学生认真观看视频。5.学生先自读,避免引起学生的紧张感,再举手参与。6.借助表格的辅助作用,整体复述。将问题的难度分层,由where到why,考察学生的理解情况,是否对篇章有正确的认识和理解。也为后面的复述及拓展做准备。进一步理解篇章,熟悉课文中的句子。通过问题来引出课文的重点词汇和句子。发音正确而且纯正,是学习英语的基本前提和要求。借助动画来进一步理解篇章,活跃气氛,利用不同手段来进行学习。配音朗读,增强学生的学习兴趣,并增强他们的自信,感受英语发音的美好,喜欢朗读。通过形式多样的练习帮助学生从发音。含义理解几个方面来学习,力争当堂对学生掌握的情况做到心中有数。Step 4 T:Are they beautiful? Lets go and know about china. 教师呈现中国地图图片(或遮盖其一部分学生猜),提问。2.呈现北京、上海、西藏图片,引导学生自己谈论个城市的特点。最后谈论一下我们的家乡。T: do you know which city is it?can you say something about it?然后教师加以总结,复习了方位词汇,以及与课文相关的几个句式。 1.Ss 回答:its a map of china .2.学生自由回答,发表意见。S1:its S2, s3,3.学生跟读,巩固句子,熟悉表达的句型4.看表格复述,借此方式来训练学生综合语言应用能力。阅读后衍生巩固知识点,运用语句表达对各个城市的描述。通过图片或实物等直观的事物来带领学生进入相关的情境,学生就比较容易理解。初步掌握对城市的的基本描述方式。教师积极引导,有简到难。Step 5extent ion1.随堂小检测把本堂所学的知识以短文填空的的形式进行随堂检测。学生分组完成,小组合作学习。T: please finish it in a group, discuss and fill in the blanks.Read and choose the correct words :The Smarts are looking ata of China. they want to _ many famous places in _.Sam wants to go to Xian and see the terracotta warriors(兵马俑).Amy wants to visit Hangzhou.
