In my opinion, airmiss is incident when two aircraft get very close to each other, then the separation below the minimum of the separation standard,(300meter vertical separation, 6KM horizontal separation). The nearmiss is the aircraft come so close to each other that nearly collide each other if they do not take any maneuver to avoid. 20 what cause fire on boardCombustible(inflammable) things taken by passenger, smoking, heater, electrical short circuit.21 if not control, whatll happenElectrical short circuit: lose control of panic (steering system), dangerous for aircraft, may crash.Smoking, heater: use extinguisher to put out the fire, if fire out of control, have to emergency land to the specific area. Passenger get injured.22 whats the ATC procedure(follow checklist) inform supervisor, carry out emergency evacuation, know about the pilots intention, organize ground assistance after landing.23 what can u do to help the pilotStay calm, do not talk to the pilot too much except necessary, inform the other unit prepare the assistance, remind the pilot of the weight, confirm whether they need fuel dumping. (always repeat 22 above)24 whats RVSMIn the past, 600m between adjacent level, nowadays, 300m between adjacent level, improve the volumn of the airspace, in the same area, the airspace can accommodate more and more aircraft than before.25 why use RVSM Sky are crowded and congested, RVSM have been used in the whole world, china is reluctant to use RVSM, because china measure altitude by meter.(repeat 24)26 whats ATC procedureI dont quite know ATC procedure about RVSM. Because i am a tower controller,(bla,bla,bla, just organized by self)27 whats SIDStandard instrument departure procedure. Require departed flight follow fixed track, fixed altitude to the fixed point, ensure the separation with arrival aircraft, reduce RT ,reduce workload.28 what problems do u encounter when communicating with pilot in EngPilots accent, pronunciation not good, non-standard RT.Chinese is our mother language, ENG not so good as chinese, spend mor time to understand pilots meaning,.29 how do u overcome this problemSpeak slowly clearly loudly, use standard RT, request pilots use the similar way to me . If still difficult to understand, repeat. Or request pilot spell key words.30 is it necessary for chinese to speak ENGOf course its necessary. More an more foreign pilots join in the local airlines, the pilots dont know how to speak chinese, so ATC have to communicate with them in ENG. ENG also is the worldwide language. 31 what do u know about hijackUnlawful interference, someone aim to achieve certain objective. Hijacker take over the airplane, threaten the pilot, passenger. 32 what are the most thing u know to face the situationAsk pilots intention, call the police, try not to interfere the pilots action, inform supervisor, adjacent unit, observe the movement of aircraft, keep the other aircraft away , get accurate information. Do not negotiate with the hijacker33 do u receive training about hijack emergencyYes, i do . Simulating training every month, repeat 3234 why are we need such trainingHijack happen suddenly and need ATC quick reaction, so indeed need training ,disguise it is real in life then train how to speak to the aircraft, how to handle, how to prepare the aircraft to land, follow the checklist.35 when and where do u receive the simulated radar trainingDepend on u ,can repeat 3636 why is simulated training necessaryTrain the basic skill, know more methods to resolve the high volum of the traffic. Avoid to make mistake in real life, learn to handle every kind of situation.37 whats the difference between the simulated and real life training 注意simulator 是模拟机，simulated 是模拟的。Simulated: have the room to make mistake then correct it , feel relaxed.Real life: if make mistake, may result in serious consequence, feel stressful.38 how to prepare ICAO testDaily work is the preparation for ICAO test. Always speak ENG with pilots, familiar with standard RT. Then recite words everyday, listen to the foreign broadcast to improve sense of language.39 do u like to speak ENGYes, i think so. Interesting language, for some aspect, easier than chinese. Help me to communicate with foreigner No, i dont like to speak ENG. Its not our mother language, we dont have the language environment, but if i cannot pass the ICAO, not able to do active ATC duty.40 what problems do u have in speaking ENGListening and oral speaking. I always cannot listen to the record clearly so that i dont quite understand the meaning. Pronunciation need to improve, learn more words, phrase, grammar.41 what kind of help to improve ENGRecite words, learn to use good grammar, listen to broadcast and learn how to pronunciation, talk to teacher or workmate as much as possible.42 whats bomb threatReceive information from unknown person, then suspect there is bomb on the aircraft. 43 whats the influence to the airport and passengerAircraft have to divert somewhere, put it in the open area, not the other aircraft surrounded, then thorough check. organize passenger evacuation, change another aircraft to carry out the flight.
