Teaching Aims:Tell Ss they are going to learn Unit 3Grammar Focus 3a-3c.Step 2. Review1.According to the pictures, write down the Comparative Forms of Adjective and Adverbs2.Using the pictures above, let Ss work in pairs:Li Yong is funny.Pan is funnier than Li Yong.Andy is smart.Mike is smarter than Ander.3.Role play the dialogue 2d on page 18 in front of the class.【设计意图】:通过单词复习及对话练习,检查学生对于上节课知识的巩固,了解把握学生。Step 3. Grammar focus1.Show two colums of words, and ask students to match these Adjective and Advervbs with their comparative forms.(利用PPT展示两栏词语,引导学生读出这些单词,将形容词及副词与其比较级相匹配。)2.Ask students to find out the differences between the two colum words and try to find the rules.(找不同,找规律)3.
