Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake?The six period Chinese Traditional Festivals1 教材分析本课是人教新目标英语八年级上册第八单元内容。本单元主要学习如何描述食品的制作过程，Section B 则是主要介绍turkey制作及美国感恩节。关于中国的传统节日只是本单元的一个小环节（以习题形式给出），为非重点内容。但作为中国人，我认为必须弘扬中国文化，必须让我的学生认识中国的这些传统节日并予以传承，因此我将传统节日作为一个话题，安排了这一课。2 教材目标的确立和依据英语教学的任务是通过一定的途径培养学生运用英语语言的能力，因此我制定了一下目标：了解中国传统节日的风俗习惯和英语表达，能用简单的英语向别人准确表达中国的几个传统节日。培养学生对中国传统节日的热爱和对传统文化的继承。3 教学重难点教学重点：提高学生的英语表达能力，掌握对传统节日，尤其是春节的相关知识和熟练表达。教学难点：节日名称及数词的读法是学生的主要障碍，因此我将其作为难点。四 教法与学法 教法：图片教学法，问题教学法，绘制思维导图 学法：图片观察法，根据提示，连词成句五 教学过程1 复习导入，以旧代新（通过本单元美国最高重要的节日感恩节及食物，引入中国传统节日）2 结合五幅图片，介绍中国的五个传统节日，让学生熟记节日名称。3 出示图片，逐一学习五个节日。 4 升华主题，让学生传承中华文化。教案如下： Teaching aims Introduce the five traditional festivals in China: the Spring Festival , Mid-Autumn Day ,the Dragon Boat Festival ,the Double Ninth Festival and the Lantern Festival .
