As the second class of Section B, this class aims at training the students speaking and reading abilities. Besides, according to the situation of the students in Grade 7, they will meet some problems when they grow up, so this class will also aim at make them know how to ask for help properly, how to get themselves out when they are in trouble and learn that English is not only important but also useful, and at last, help them have an active attitude towards life.【Students analysis】Students in Grade 7 are active and interested in English, however, they can not use the modal verbs freely so they need more practice and also they need to learn to share ideas with others about their problems. 【Teaching Ideas and Teaching Methods】Since this is a speaking and reading lesson, to encourage the students to take part in the class activities, I plan to have situational teaching method, task-based teaching methods and game-based teaching methods. Therefore, after this lesson, the students will learn how to talk about rules with others and will try to help others solve problems.【Learning Aims】1. Learn to find out details from scanning.2.
