人教版八年级上册第六单元英语教学设计Unit 6 Im going to study computer science Section A陕西省汉中市城固县城关中学: 张 玲 教材依据:人教版,第三册,第六单元,Section A设计思路1. 指导思想:根据新课程标准的要求,英语课堂以科学发展观和先进的外语课程理念为指导,立足国情,综合考虑我国英语教育的现状,以学生为主导,培养学生自主学习,独立学习,和合作学习的能力,为他们继续学习英语和未来的发展创造有利条件。2.设计理念: 英语课应该追求简单,淳朴,快乐,老师简单的教,学生快乐的学,并在教学中培养学生自主学习,合作学习,探究学习的习惯。一、教材分析1、 教材简析本单元的主要话题是谈论未来,本课为本单元的第一节课,主要谈论未来的职业,是一篇对话课,通过学习,使学生能自如的谈论彼此的未来。从而树立正确的人生观和价值观,为了实现理想,在生活中就要积极进取,勇敢面对, 2、 教学目标 知识目标: Use the key words and phrases : computer programmer,basketball player, engineer, pilot, actor, doctor, bus driver, cook, violinist, grow up ,be going to be a (an) Know something about jobs. Learn to talk about future. 能力目标: 发展学生的听、说、识记能力,培养学生语言综合运用能力。 情感、态度和价值观: 通过本节课的学习,使学生对生活充满积极向上的态度,培养学生良好的学习习惯,使学生形成积极的情感态度,主动思维,大胆表述,提高语言的实际运用能力。3.重点和难点Teachingimportantpoints(教学重点)1.Newwordsandphrases: computer programmer,basketball player, engineer, pilot, actor, doctor, bus driver, cook, violinist, grow up ,be going to be a (an)2.Learnto talk about future.Teachingdifficultpoints(教学难点)1.Knowabout“be going to ”.2.Howto make a dialogue to express future.4、教学辅助工具:多媒体,个别卡片,小奖品。二、学情分析 枯燥的话题很难提高学生的学习兴趣。在这节课,通过一首优美的歌曲(有关职业的英文歌)来激起学生的兴趣,并通过听声音猜答案的情趣教学法,中间穿插讲故事让学生总结语法精髓设计,让学生主动想学习英语,并积极参与到学习环节中去,提高学习效率。三、教学方法 本课运用多媒体,首先让学生们听一首歌,让他们找出关于职业的单词,引出今天学习的主要话题。 采用提问、启发、比赛,讨论和归纳的教法,让学生易于接受教材内容,理解对话和语法内容,培养学生的语言运用能力和观察总结能力。 四、教学过程 Step . Lead in Introduce myself :Hello ,boys and girls. I am Ms Zhang. I come from Han Zhong .There are three people in my family. My mother is a doctor, and my father is a worker .I am a teacher. Actually all of my family members have different jobs .Now lets listen to a beautiful song aboutjobs, Do you want to listen to it ? Listen to the song , the students find out some words about jobs .Then read the words in red on the screen. 设计说明:通过这首歌,使课堂气氛轻松愉悦,有助于集中学生的注意力,使其自然进入本课的学习状态,他们对歌曲中职业单词的了解,为下个环节的学习做了很好的铺垫。Step . Word-learning l Look at the pictures on the screen. Learn more words about jobs .The students can learn these words in different ways till they understand and read them well. 设计说明:利用图片介绍本课有关职业的单词,通过教读,自读,齐读,小组读等方式学习这些单词,体现自主学习,合作学习的新理念。Step III. Listening Listen to the sounds, choose the right answers. 1. Who is he ? ( C ) A. He is singer Jay Zhou. B. He is actor Jacky Chen. C. He is actor Zhou Xingchi2. What does Peter do ? ( C ) A. He is a pilot. B. He is a basketball player. C. He is a pianist.3. Is she a computer programmer or an engineer? ( B ) A. An engineer. B. A computer programmer. 4. Whats his job? ( C ) A. A teacher. B. A cook. C. A driver. 设计说明:通过有趣的声音让学生辨认不同的职业,一方面练习学生的听力能力,另一方面加强单词的记忆。让课堂充满趣味性,从而吸引学生。并在这个环节中问学生一些和本课相关的问题,比如,Do you want to be an actor like Zhou Xingchi? Do you want to be a computer programmer? 等等。当然听力水平的提高不是一朝一夕的,要在平时的课堂教学中不断的培养。Step IV.Look at the pictures , ask and answer.Pair work : - What do you want to be when you grow up?-I want to be a |an .Then they have chances to show their short dialogues. Which group did it best ,give them prize.设计说明:通过两人一组的练习,让他们学习表达自己的理想,为后边be going to be 的学习做好铺垫Step V. Listen to a story -Mr going to-do . Know about “be going to”.Listen to a story ,answer some questions.What does Mr.Going -to-do say?Example: Picture 1 (Mr going-to-dos dirty car) He always says “Im going to wash it tomorrow”. Then let the students look at the pictures and answer .Picture2.(His dirty clothes) What does Mr.Going -to-do say?He always says “Im going to wash them tomorrow”Picture3.(His room is a mass.) What does Mr.Going -to-do say?He always says “Im going to clean it tomorrow”.After that , explain “be going to ”.1.If you are going to do something , It means you plan to do something . 2.Be-going- to- do happens in sometime in future . Sometime in future : tomorrow , next week be going to表示即将发生的事情或打算,计划要做的事情结构:be going to +动词原形 设计说明:通过讲述一个故事,让学生了解be going to 句型,这种图文并茂,启发式教学的方式一定会让学生喜欢英语,爱上英语课的。Step VI. Step VII. New dialogues for them. Look at the pictures and lead out the following dialogues. 1.T: Hi ! What are you going to be when you grow up?S1: I am going to be an engineer .T: Where are you going to work ?S1: Im going to work in Beijing . 2.T- What are you going to be when you grow up?S2-Im going to be an engineer.T- How are you going to do that?(你打算怎么做?)S2- Im going to study math very hard.Then they make new dialogues and show their work. Every students must do that task. Some help can be given to them .(some words about jobs, some cities , some verbs)设计说明: 利用这两组对话练习他们思考能力和语言表达能力,自然进入本节课重点的学习。使学生养成合作学习的好习惯。Step VIII. Group work . To be a reporter ,make a survey to talk about the future. Questions:1.Whats your name? 2.What are you going to be when you grow up? 3.How are you going to do that ? Some help: a singer-take music lessons a computer programmer-study computer science an actor-take acting lessons a basketball player-practice basketball every day a scientist-study math really hardafter five minutes ,show their talk.设计说明:通过这个设计,让学生进行探究学习,合作学习,在巩固句型的基础上,锻炼学生的语言综合运用能力。 Step IX.
