Revision1. Enjoy a song.2. Ask students what they want to say, review the sentence pattern “Ifwill”Step2. Leading 1. Ask students some questions about preparing for a party.2. Look through the party rules to consolidate the adverbial clause of condition guided by “if”.Step3. Finish the task in2a.Listen and circle the correct answers to complete the sentences. Step4. Finish the task in2b.Listen again. Choose the correct short answer in the box to answer each question. Check the answers.Step5. ReadingAsk students to read the listening material after the tape, pay attention to students pronunciation and intonation.Step6. 2c.Pair workRole-play a conversation between Nelly and Mark.Step7. 2d.Fast readingFirst the teacher reads the conversations in 2d, then students read silently and answer the questions.Ste 8. 2d.Detailed readingAsk students to pay attention to the words and phrases which they dont know.
