How to master these useful words.Teaching methods: This class is related to the ss daily life, and it has something similar to what we learned last term, so the class may be interesting by using the food they know.Teaching aids: A tape recorder, a projector.Teaching procedures:Step 1. Greetings Greet the whole class.Step 2. Leadin The teacher asks the Ss to turn their books to page 128, and leads them to learning the words from noodles to pancake. First, let the Ss read after the teacher: Second, the Ss read them twice together.Step 3. Presentation First, the teacher shows some pictures of fruits on the screen through the projector, asks what they like. -what do you like? -I like. The teacher leads todays topic: -what would you like? - I would like./Id like. Next, the teacher shows more pictures of other things on the screen, for example: vegetables. meat and food, and asks the Ss: -what kind of . would you like? - Id like. Finally, the teacher asks the Ss to make up more sentences using the sentence patterns. Review all the words on the screen, ask them to remember their Chinese meanings, and try to finish 1a. Play the tape for the Ss , try to finish 1b.Step 4. Practice Ask the Ss to make up more sentences in 1c according to 1aStep 5. Consolidation. First, listen to the tape, try to finish 2a, check the names of the foods you hear.Second, listen to finish 2b.Finally, ask and answer the questions with their partners.Step 6.Discussion First, the teacher shows two pictures on the screen, one contains some healthy food, the other contains unhealthy food, ask the Ss to answer “which do you think is healthy food?”, and reminds them of eating some healthy food which is good for health. Second, ask the Ss what kind of food their parents would like, it aims to remind them of remembering their parents love, which is the emotional aim.Step 7. Summary and Homework After school, please finish a special homework: make a bowl of noodles for your parents.Step 8.
