Ability aims: Ss will be able to use the future tense to show their own plans or dreams.3. Emotional aims:Let Ss think about their own dreams and make a plan to make it come true.二、Teaching importance and difficulties1. Teaching importance:1) Review and practice the words and phrases in Section A1。2) Summarize and master the different sentence structures about the future tense.2. Teaching difficulties:Ss will be able to use the future tense to show their own plans or dreams. 三、Teaching procedures:. Warming-upLet Ss watch the video “ What do you want to be when you grow up?”Then ask and answer:What are you going to be when you grow up?. Guessing game Show Ss some pictures of their classmates or famous people and let them try to answer the following questions by using the information given on the ppt.1. What does he/ she want to be when he/ she grow up?2. How is he/ she going to do that?3. When is he/she going to start?4. Where is he going to ?设计意图:这个环节恰当地结合了3a部分的练习题,用贴近学生生活的同班同学或名人作为素材大量练习本单元语法部分的四个重要问题及其正确的回答方式, 既完成了3a的任务,又让同学们在轻松、愉快的练习中感知要学习的语法知识。III. When _you _ to _? 我打算完成中学和大学时开始。 Im going to _ _I _ high school and _. 归纳:be going to结构表示打算、计划做某事或即将发生某事。be going to后接动词原形, 其中be根据主语的不同变成相应的am, is或are。be going to结构的否定形式是在be动词后面加not。如:含有be going to结构的陈述句变一般疑问句时, 是将be提到主语前面, 且肯定回答为: Yes, 主语(人称代词)+be, 否定回答为: No, 主语(人称代词)+be +not。 如:They are going to act in the play. Are they going to act in the play?Yes, they are. / No, they arent. Practice Work on 3b: 1. 让学生们阅读对话,整体把握对话的意思。2. 然后仔细读对话,根据上下文意及时态来确定空格处所应填的词。3. 最后,确定空格处恰当的单词形式及时态。.
