Let the students do this activity and check together.Use some pictures to lead the comparative sentences. For example : Yao Ming is taller than Yi Jianglian. Lets find out the rules of comparatives by looking at some examples together. Then we summarize the rules together and ask students to remember them well.Step3: PracticeActivity 1b:can you find the three pairs of twins in the picture ?lets listen and number the pairs of twins in the pictures. After listening ,students and teacher check together.Activity 1c :pairwork :Point out the sample conversation in activity 1c.Say, now work with a partner and make dialogues ,offering some useful words. Put up your hands if you have any problems.
