Section A 授课班级:八(10)班 授课老师:肇庆市第二中学 侯钰珊 时间:2016年9月28日一、 学情分析本次授课的对象是八(10)班的学生。本班学生英语学习基础较好,虽然部分女同学较为内敛,羞于表达,但课堂气氛活跃,部分学生表现力较为踊跃,有较为浓厚的英语学习兴趣。班上存在个别基础相对较弱的同学,但整体英语学习水平较好,在课堂上基本能在老师的指导下进行两人间对话、小组间合作,并运用英语进行个人表达和交流。二、教材分析本节课教授的是人教版教材八年级上册Unit 5 Do you want to watch a game show? Section A的内容,本话题主要围绕各类电视节目、电影等展开。此话题贴近学生的实际生活,可以让学生感受到英语在生活中的实践意义,并通过课堂,让学生实实在在地应用英语,从而提高学生的英语学习积极性。本话题的时态是一般现在时,而本节课属于听说读写的综合课,以听说为重点。重点学习各类电视节目的单词、短语,进而学习表达偏好和喜爱程度的句型“What do you think of?” “I love/like/not mind/cant stand.” 谈及谈论计划和安排的句式“ I plan/want to.Do you want to”,让学生初步感知不定式,为下一课时的教学作铺垫。本节课将利用丰富的图片、有趣的氛围,创设贴近的生活的情景,并将通过师生互动、两人对话、小组合作等教学活动引导学生对本节课所教的知识复习、巩固、知新和运用。三、教学目标 Teaching aims and demands1. 语言知识及技能:1) 复习及学习关于电视节目类型和描述心情和感受的单词及短语,并熟练运用。2) 复习和运用一般现在时,着重学习表达对各类电视节目偏好的句型,并熟练运用。3) 可以在老师的引导下进行个人表达、两人间对话、小组合作活动。2. 情感态度:1) 积极主动参与课堂上的各种活动,在课堂中大胆开口学习语言,实践语言。2) 通过多种形式的练习让学生参与到课堂中,动脑动口动手。3) 提高学生学习英语的兴趣和积极性。3. 教学策略:1) 任务型教学和情境教学,并在教学过程中注重对学生的学法指导,让学生懂得怎么去学。2) 整合Section A的内容,设计由浅入深的教学活动,将知识点一环一环地落实,由小到大,以词汇为中心,从字到句扩充和巩固知识点,以旧知识带新知识。3) 让学生在多种形式的活动中,积极学习语言和运用语言,掌握并进一步巩固所学知识,感受学习英语的乐趣,提高学习积极性。四、 教学要求 (Demands):1. Cheer up the class and lead to todays class.Step 2 Warming up1. Show some pictures of the TV shows and ask Ss to tell what kind of TV shows they see. 2. By showing the pictures, ask Ss about “What do you think of ?”. And tell Ss teachers opinions of the shows. 3. Teach some new words, phrases and some sentence patterns.4. Sum up the new words, phrases and sentence patterns with the Ss.5. Ask Ss to read the new words, phrases together.1. See some pictures and learn some TV Shows. 2. Answer the questions of “What do you think of ?”. And know about the teachers opinions of the shows.3. Learn some new words, phrases and some sentence patterns.4. Ask one group of the Ss about their opinions of the TV shows by using “What do you think of?”. 2. Show 5 groups of pictures with names, shows and facial expressions. Let Ss do pair work with partners according to pictures.3. Ask Ss to act out their dialog.4. Game time: let Ss play a guessing game. (Ask some Ss to come to the front and ask them “What do you think of one of the shows?” The Ss cant say anything. They only can tell their answers by facial expressions or body language. The other Ss guess the answers.)1. One group of Ss answers the question “What do you think of” 2. Do pair work with partners. Ask and answer some questions. 3. Act out the dialog.4. Play a guessing game.Let Ss practice oral speaking by asking and answering the questions. Ask and answer between with partners to practice the sentence pattern “What think of?” “He/She loves/likes.” with the third person single form. Consolidate the sentence pattern with the new words and phrases.Provide a chance for Ss to speak English actively.Step 4 Listening practice1. Let Ss do listening practice. Listen to a conversation and then finish two tasks. 2. Ask Ss to read the sentences together. 1. Have listening practice and finish two tasks. 2. Read the sentences together.Let Ss practice listening by the tasks: 1. Number the shows they hear; 2. Complete the sentences by write down the missing words. Step 5 Project1. Let Ss do a survey in class. To find out the classmates opinions of the TV show and their favorite shows. 2. Ask Ss to do oral reports according to the example. 1. Do a survey in class.2. Give oral reports according to the example Let Ss do a survey to give Ss a chance to practice their listening and speaking at the same time. Oral reports can let Ss practice how to summarize the information from their friends. Step 6Consolidation (Task)1. Ask Ss to do a survey in their family after class like what they did in todays class. To find out their family members opinions of the TV show and their favorite shows.2. Let Ss write a composition of the survey like todays oral report. 1. Do a survey at home.2.
