Unit 2 Heathy eating-Reading:Come and Eat Here说课稿一教材分析 我所选择说课内容出自于人教版高中英语必修3第二单元的阅读部分。本单元的中心话题是“健康饮食”。通过这个话题，可以使学生学习与饮食有关的英语词汇和句型；掌握情态动词ought to 的用法；掌握提出建议和劝告（Suggestionsand advice）的方式。另外，通过学习，帮助学生了解饮食结构与饮食文化，做到合理饮食，养成良好的饮食习惯。二学生情况 现在大部分学生越来越在意自己的身材，尤其是女孩子，他们只吃那些保持身材的食物，而对有脂肪的食物却一点都不吃。而另外有一些孩子却只爱吃油腻的含脂肪高的食物，对蔬菜都一点也不吃。课文中有对这两种情况的缺点进行强调，促使学生注意饮食平衡。三教法分析 在本节课中，首先通过大量诱人的食物图片，勾起学生的兴趣，让xs尽可能多地说出我们常见到的食物名称，然后让学生猜以上食物可归为哪一类，是energy-giving food,body-building food或是protectivefood.然后对学生日常饮食做一个调查，让其他学生讨论他们的饮食是健康的还是不健康的。接着提出问题怎样保持健康，引出阅读文章。而后运用scanning,skimming和careful reading三种阅读技巧：首先对文章大意有个整体把握，然后让学生听文章内容，回答书上11页的问题，让学生略读文章做书上11页的判断题。接下来让学生仔细阅读后找出两个餐馆提供的食物和他们提供食物的问题。接着让学生根据给出的饮食金字塔和前面做的饮食调查发表言论。最后让学生写一篇关于饮食平衡的小短文。四教学过程 一）教学目的 1.通过“健康饮食”话题使学生学习与饮食有关的英语词汇和句型。 2.通过学习帮助学生了解饮食结构与饮食文化，做到合理饮食，养成良好的饮食习惯。 二）教学重点 1.怎样提高学生的阅读综合能力。 2.怎样让学生独立思考自由表达出他们的观点。 三）教学难点 1.怎样抓住文章大意，能自由发表言论。 2.怎样让大部分学生写一篇关于健康吃法的短文。四）课前准备，完成调查学生饮食的表格。五）教学过程 1.热身活动（Warming up）部分通过展示图片日常食物，让学生说出他们知道的食物，然后将其归成三类。 2.读前活动（Pre-reading）通过展示学生课前完成的调查表，然后让学生自由发表言论看他们的饮食健康与否，而后提出问题：怎样保持健康，最后展示教学目标。 3.听力，查读和快速阅读（Listening ,skimming and scanning）部分通过学生边听边读对文章的内容有一个大概的了解并能理解文章的大意以及一些简单的细节问题；通过问答的形式让学生掌握文章的细节；通过判断题的形式加深对文章的理解程度，培养学生的听力理解和阅读等综合能力。 4精读（careful reading）部分通过对整个故事的仔细阅读使学生详细了解本篇文章的详细内容，找出两个餐馆的饮食问题，解决pre-reading提出的问题。 5.说和写（Talking and writing）部分通过一个健康饮食金字塔形象地展示出食物搭配，然后结合之前的调查发表观点，接着让醒狮队平衡饮食写一篇小短文上交。五小结 1.总结食物的种类。 2.归纳健康饮食和平衡饮食。Teaching procedures of unit 2-Reading:Come and Eat HereStep .Warming up1.
