Emotional aims: Trough the learning of these words, students can cultivate a good habit: to put away ones things by himself.Teaching key points:To learn the new words: coat, shirt, jacket, shorts, socks.Teaching difficult points: The differences between “shorts” and “socks” in meanings and pronunciations.Teaching aids: PPT, CD, word cardsTeaching methods: Task-based language teaching, TPR, group cooperation.Teaching procedure:Step 1. Warm-up1. Lets doPut on your shirtHang up your dressWash your skirtTake off your hatPut away your pants2. Quick response:Look at the pictures on PPT, speak out the words quickly.Ss: a red hat, a white skirtStep 2. Presentation and practice1. Learn the new words: coat, shirt, jacket, shorts, socks.(1) ShortsContinue practice of quick response: pants. A picture of shorts on PPT.T: What are they? Are they pants? But they are short引导学生通过图片对比长裤与短裤,学习shorts。通过拼读法拼读单词,并大小声操练单词,强调其复数形式。(2) To learn the rest word in similar way: coat, shirt, jacket, socks.coat: c-oa-t; shirt: sh-ir-t; jacket: ja-ck-et; socks: s-o-ck;Pay attention to the singular & plural of the words.2.
