桥型布置本工程中匝道1孔跨布置为(16+10.5+16)+(416)m,共两联;匝道2孔跨布置为(316)+(213.85+8.3)m,共两联;匝道4孔跨布置为4x16m,该桥为双幅桥,共一联,所有箱梁结构均为等截面钢筋混凝土单箱单室连续箱梁。1.2 桥面布置桥梁全宽8m,具体布置为0.5m(栏杆)+7m(车行道)+0.5m(栏杆)。桥梁横断面如下图所示:2.设计技术标准(1)设计荷载:城B级;(2)桥梁净宽:所有匝道净宽7m;(3)桥下通行净高:跨越城市主干道、快速路和高速公路的净空高5.5m;(4)设计洪水频率:1/100;(5)抗震设防烈度: 6度,地震动峰值加速度为0.05g;(6)坐标系:(7)高程系: 地质情况1、素填土:灰黄色、灰褐色、深灰色,由耕植土,粉质粘土、中粗砂等组成,局部含少量建筑垃圾,欠压实。2、粉细砂:呈灰褐、灰黄、灰白等色,饱和,以粉细砂为主,粘粒含量6.9-21.3%,稍密为主,局部松散或中密,局部含少量有机质,级配不良。3、 中粗砂:呈浅黄色、灰白色、灰黄色、灰褐色、灰黑色等,成分组成主要为中粗砂,饱和,松散-中密,局部松散。4、砾砂:呈灰色、灰白、灰褐等色,成分组成主要为砾砂,局部含较多中粗砂,饱和,中密为主,局部呈松散或密实状,级配良好。5、软塑状粉质粘土:呈黄褐色、浅灰色、杂白色、杂黄色等,主要为粉土,局部为粉质粘土,偶含少量粉细砂、腐木,呈松散或软塑状态,湿,手捏松散,遇水易崩解,中等压缩性土。6、可塑状粉质粘土:呈褐黄色、红褐色、浅灰色、杂白色、灰黄色等,主要为粉质粘土,局部地段为粉土,含少量粉细砂或中粗砂,可塑,中等压缩性土。7、硬塑状粉质粘土:呈灰褐色、灰黄色,主要为粉质粘土,含少量细砂,干强度中等。8、淤泥:深灰色,流塑,含有机质及粉细砂,个别钻孔下部含较多中粗砂,具臭味,无摇震反应,韧性中等,高压缩性土。9、淤泥质土:深灰色,软塑,含有机质及粉细砂,个别钻孔下部含较多中粗砂,具臭味,无摇震反应,韧性中等,高压缩性土。10、可塑状粉质粘土:呈褐红、灰白、灰黄等色,可塑状,为原岩风化残积土,切面较粗糙,手捏砂感较强,干强度中等,韧性一般,中等压缩性土。11、松散或软塑状粉质粘土:以粉土为主,局部为粉质粘土,呈灰、棕红、褐红等色,湿-饱和,松散为主,主要粉粘粒组成,含风化灰岩碎屑和角砾,中等压缩性土。12、稍密-中密状或可塑状粉质粘土:呈灰色、深灰色,以粉土为主,部份地段为粉质粘土,稍湿,稍密为主或可塑状态为主,局部中密,主要由粉粘粒组成,土质不均匀,含强风化灰岩碎屑,局部含碳质高,岩芯呈灰黑色。13、中密或硬塑状粉质粘土:灰褐、灰黄、灰白等色,以粉土为主,局部为粉质粘土,中密或硬塑状,稍湿,以粉粘粒为主,含较多灰岩碎屑,手可捏碎,遇水易崩解。14、全风化灰岩:灰褐、灰白色,岩石风化剧烈,原岩结构已基本破坏,已风化成坚硬土状,为极软岩。15、强风化砂岩:呈灰白、灰、棕红等色,砂质结构,块状构造,风化强烈,岩石结构破坏严重,岩性呈坚硬土状、半岩半土状,岩质较软,岩块敲击易碎,岩石裂隙渲染铁质,局部风化物呈砂粒状,夹次棱状岩块。遇水软化状,岩质较软,锤击易碎。为极软岩,岩体完整程度分类为极破碎,岩石基本质量等级级。16、强风化炭质泥岩:呈灰黑色、灰褐色,岩石风化强烈,原岩结构已大部分破坏,岩芯呈半岩半土状,碎块夹土状,手可折断,岩质极软,见碳质。为极软岩,岩体完整程度分类为极破碎,岩石基本质量等级级。17、强风化灰岩:呈灰褐色、灰白、灰黄色,岩石风化强烈,原岩结构已大部分破坏,岩芯呈半岩半土状,碎块夹土状,手可折断,岩质极软,个别钻孔底部含较多块状中风化岩。为极软岩,岩体完整程度分类为极破碎,岩石基本质量等级级。18、中风化炭质灰岩:呈灰黑色,隐晶质结构,层状构造,裂隙稍发育,岩芯呈柱状和短柱状,属于较软较硬岩,岩岩体基本质量等级为级。19、中风化灰岩:呈灰白、灰褐、褐红等色,隐晶结构、中厚层至巨厚层状构造,岩石组织结构部分破坏,矿物成份基本未变化。有风化裂隙,岩芯较破碎,呈短柱状及碎块状,局部夹微风化岩块,属于较软岩较硬岩,岩体较破碎,近似RQD多在20%左右,岩体基本质量等级为级。20、中风化砂岩:呈灰白、灰、褐红等色,砂质结构,块状构造,钙质、泥质胶结,节理裂隙较发育,矿物成份基本未变化,岩体破碎较完整,岩芯多呈块状-短柱状,部分为长柱状,岩质较硬。岩体基本质量等级为级。21、微风化炭质灰岩:呈灰黑、灰褐色,隐晶质结构,中厚层至巨厚层状构造。裂隙稍发育,矿物成份基本未变化,见少量方解石细脉。岩芯呈短柱长柱状,锤击声脆,属较硬岩,岩体较完整,近似RQD值多在80%左右,岩体基本质量等级为级。22、微风化灰岩:呈灰白、灰、褐红等色,隐晶质或角砾结构,中厚层至巨厚层状构造,局部裂隙稍发育,矿物成份基本未变化,见少量方解石细脉。岩芯呈短柱长柱状,锤击声脆,属较硬岩坚硬岩,岩体较完整,近似RQD值多在80%左右,岩体基本质量等级为级。本层岩溶发育,岩溶见洞率16.99%。23、微风化砂岩:呈灰白、灰、褐红等色,砂质结构,块状构造,钙质、泥质胶结,矿物成份基本未变化,岩体较完整,岩芯多呈短柱状和长柱状,岩质较硬。4. 计算内容本桥为车行桥,采用钢筋混凝土现浇箱梁,桥面全宽8m,布置形式为0.5m(护栏)+7m(车行道)+0.5m(护栏)。上部结构计算包括:1、 承载能力极限状态应力验算;2、 结构裂缝验算;3、 结构竖向挠度验算;4、 结构抗剪验算;下部结构采用钢筋混凝土桥台,钻孔桩基础。下部结构的计算主要包括:1、 桥梁盖梁强度、裂缝及抗剪验算;2、 桥梁墩柱截面强度和裂缝验算;3、 桥台截面强度及裂缝验算;4、 整体群桩位移及桩长验算(嵌岩桩);5. 结构计算5.1 上部结构计算桥梁上部结构选用316m(一联),416m(一联),16+10.5+16m(一联)共三联进行计算。桥面全宽8m,布置形式为0.5m(护栏)+7m(人行道)+0.5m(护栏)。荷载情况:支点横梁重(单元荷载):93.65kN/m二期恒载:沥青铺装+栏杆,55.8kN/m温度荷载:升温温差30,降温温差20。按照规范要求,取结构温度梯度。采用桥梁博士计算软件对桥梁上部结构进行建模计算,结构计算如下图所示。316m(一联)结构计算模型416m(一联)结构计算模型16+10.5+16m(一联)结构计算模型5.1.1
