Unit 2 What time is it? Part A Lets learn教学设计清远市连山佛山希望小学 黄远清一、教材分析本课教学内容是英语(人民教育出版社)四年级下册Unit 2What time is it? Part A Lets learn 第一课时。主要学习句型:What time is it? ItsIts time for.以及6个词汇breakfast, lunch, dinner, music class, English class, P.E class。二、学情分析本课教学对象是四年级的学生,他们正属于活泼好学的时期,因此,本人在这一课中主要给学生创设一个符合学生实际的语言教学情境,设计了游戏、歌曲、听力等练习,使学生边学边练并获得一定的成就感,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,使授新课、练习和评价相结合,打破传统的单一授课的教学方法。三、教学重难点重点:掌握有关学生日常活动的六个单词和词组。难点:对句型What time is it? Its nine oclock. Its time for的理解和运用。四、教学目标 (一)知识与技能目标:1、能够听说认读本课时的主要单词和词组:breakfast, lunch, dinner, music class, English class, P.E class。 2、能够认读句型What time is it?并作出相应的回答:ItsIts time for 3、能够听懂指示语并作出相应动作,如:Its time for breakfastDrink some milk.(二)学习策略目标1、运用音标教授单词,提升拼读单词的能力。2、注重合作学习与实践活动,培养心灵手巧的学生。(三)情感文化目标1、培养学生严格的时间观念,养成守时守纪的好习惯。2、培养学生学习的积极态度,以及快乐地学习英语的幽默风趣感的发掘。五、教学过程 Preparation(准备)Step 1: Greetings.1. Are you happy today? 2. Do you like listening to music?3. Lets listen to a song, then tell me what numbers you hear.Presentation(新授)Step1 Lead in Show a picture of a clock, then ask students“ Can you read these numbers? Let students answer “Its a clock.”, then lead in “Lets learn”. Step 2 Learn the new sentences:1. Ask students to watch the video, then ask students how to ask the time and answer.2. Show some pictures of the time, learn the sentences“What time is it? Its”3. various forms of practice time to ask questions and be punctual expression time (question and answer, vies to answer first, make dialogues).4. Ask students to answer some questions. (show a Physical clock) 如:“What time is it? Itsoclock”.Step 3 Learn the new words: breakfast, lunch, dinner, music class, English class, P.E class.导入A部分单词和词组,通过课件的图片结合教学, 如:We have learned how to ask and answer the time. Now lets have a look at whats Johns the first thing today?1.Learn “breakfast”T: Look at the picture, Can you see an egg, a sausage, some bread and milk?Ss: Yes, I can.T: This is Johns breakfast. Im hungry. Its time for breakfast? (Spell the word with phonetic symbol) Lets drink some milk.2.Learn “lunch”T: Look at the picture, Can you see some a bowl of rice, some soup and chicken?Ss: Yes, I can.T: This is Johns lunch. Im hungry. Its time for lunch?(Spell the word with phonetic symbol) Lets eat some chicken.3.Learn “dinner”T: Look at the picture, Can you see a cake, an apple, a cup of coffee, some bread and milk?Ss: Yes, I can.T: This is Johns dinner. Im so hungry. Its time for dinner ?(Spell the word with phonetic symbol) Lets eat some cakes.4.Learn “music class”T: Look at the picture, Can you see a teacher playing piano? What class are they having?Ss: Yes, I can. They are having music class.(Spell the word with phonetic symbol)5.Learn “English class”T: Look at the picture, Can you see a teacher and some students speaking English? What class are they having?Ss: Yes, I can. They are having English class.(Spell the word with phonetic symbol)6.Learn “P.E class”T: Look at the picture, Can you see some students are running? What class are they having?Ss: Yes, I can. They are having P.E class.(Spell the word with phonetic symbol)7. Lets do. Play the flash, guess the meaning of the phrase through the courseware, the whole class followed the courseware, the teacher side with side action demonstration, students follow the teacher practice, each group takes out a student to act out.8. Summary the wordsA: Is this Johns breakfast/lunch/dinner? What does he have for breakfast/lunch/dinner?B: Yes, it is.
