Unit 10 Id like some noodles. The first period ( Section A 1a- 2c)教材分析:本单元围绕food 介绍了中国食品的特色及相关知识。围绕“What would you like?” 等问题 如何教学表达自己的意愿。通过任务型教学方式帮助学生掌握点餐并引导学生进一步将所学内容运用到实践中去,以逐步实现语言作为一种交流工具的作用。学情分析:本班是一个平行班,学生的英语基础比较薄弱,经过上一学期的师生共同努力,成绩得到较大提升,但由于这学期知识点大增,学生学起来不是很轻松,因此所讲授的内容不能太难以大部分学生接受为好。一 :Teaching aims:1. key vocabulary: tomato, potato, cabbage, carrot, beef, mutton, chicken, noodle, would like, special, kind of , size, bowl2. sentences :“What would you like ? -Id like ”“What kind of noodles would you like? -Id like noodles.“What size would you like? -Small/Medium/Large.3. Warming-up1.Greetings: T:Good morning, class!Ss: Good morning, teacher!2,Revision.(1) Check the homework.(2) Have a dictation of the words and phrases in the last unit. Step:Presentation1. Teach the new words and expressions. (1) Show students a picture of a bowl of noodles.T:What are these?Ss: Noodles.(2)Draw three different sizes of circles on the board. What size bowl of noodles would you like, small, medium, or large? Explain “would like. and want “(3) To show the students some pictures of food and vegetables to teach some new wordsT: What kind of food would you like?S: I would like.tomato potato cabbage carrot beef mutton chicken noodle 3.1a.Match the words and read togetherT:What kind of food would you like? Then lead Ss say noodles,noodles,Id like noodles. Show a noodle houseT: To show a noodle house ,then says “Our noodle house has some specials. Which one would you like?Special 1,Special 2,Special 3 or Special 4?Now,lets go to the noodles house.T:Look at the bowl of noodles,whats it made of ? beef+tomato=beef and tomato noodles, Id like beef and tomato noodleschicken+cabbage=chicken and cabbage noodles.Id likeAs the same ways ,let them understand the sentences of “What kind of noodles would you like?
