Section A 1a-1c教材版本:人教版新目标八年级上册(Go for it)1、 教材分析1、 教材的地位和作用本课时的教学内容是人教版新目标八年级上册Unit 6 Im going to study computer science Section A 1a-1c,是本单元的第一课时,主题是谈论职业理想和生活目标,学生对这个主题比较感兴趣。在本课时,主要是引导学生学习关于职业的单词以及be going to 的用法,能运用一般将来时谈论自己和他人的职业理想。目的是通过对人生理想的谈论使学生对未来充满憧憬,并且为自己的理想而奋斗。2、 教学目标(1) 语言知识目标:1) 学习并掌握下列单词:grow up, computer programmer,cook, doctor, engineer, violinist, driver, pilot, pianist, scientist.2) 学习并掌握下列句型: What do you want to be when you grow up ? I want to be . . How are you going to do that ? Im going to . .3)掌握一般将来时态的构成形式 (2) 能力目标:能用所学职业单词和be going to 句型谈论职业理想。(3) 情感态度价值目标: 每个人都有自己的梦想,有自己的职业理想,因此,通过学习本单元的内容来激发学生们的学习主动性和兴趣,让他们为自己的理性而努力奋斗。3、 教学重难点(1) 教学重点:1) 学习一般将来时态的构成方式。2) 学习本课时出现的重点句型,通过在不同情景下的运用来熟练运用一般将来时态。(2) 教学难点:会用一般将来时谈论自己未来的打算。2、 学生情况分析学生学了一年的英语,有了一定的基础,但是对be going to 句型的运用还是不熟悉,口语表达上还有待进一步的训练,因此在教学中我将对这些进行练习。3、 教学方法和学习方法1、 教学方法:听说法,任务型教学法、情境教学法。主要有听力练习、两人编对话、小组做调查报告。2、 学习方法:主要通过小组合作完成听说任务。4、 教学准备:录音带、多媒体课件5、 教学步骤Step 1 Warming up (3分钟). All students read the learning aims together。. Listen to an English song about jobs - What you wanna be .T: I wanted to be a reporter when I was a child. Do you have a dream?Ss: Yes, we do .T: There are some jobs in this songs. Can you tell me what they are ?Ss: Yes. Actor, singer, doctor, firefighter,postman .T: What are you going to be when you grow up ?S1: I want to be a teacher.S2: I want to be a singer.T: You are great. Ok, Lets look at these jobs, can you guess them?Show some pictures on the screen,review some jobs that students have learned.(设计意图:复习学过的表示职业的单词,为接下来学习新单词做准备。)Step 2 Learn new words (8分钟)T: Today we will learn more jobs. Now, lets look at the screen,please guess what he or he does. Show some pictures,let students guess jobs, then learn new words. Group competition. Guide students to work in group, learn and practice the new words. Then have a competition. One student does action, others guess jobs. Rank the jobs. Finish 1a.(设计意图:竞赛能激发学生学习的兴趣和主动性,并能鼓励他们记住新单词,小组活动能培养学生的合作学习) Step 3 Learn the new structures (8分钟). Learn the example. T: Well, we have learned some new words about jobs. Now lets learn the new sentence patterns. Please look at screen. Read them aloud.A: What do you want to be when you grow up ?B: I want to be a basketball player .A: How are you going to do that ?B: I am going to practice basketball every day . Lets students practice the structures in group. Then give some pictures and jobs, students make a similar dialogue to talk about their dream job in group. A: What do you want to be when you grow up ?B: I want to be a / an . .A: How are you going to do that ?B: I am going to . .(设计意图:通过对目标语言的学习和练习,让学生熟悉表示职业的新词和运用be going to do 来表达自己的未来职业,为下一步的听力练习做准备。)Step 4 Listening (6分钟)Lets students read the items in 1b , then listen to the tape and fill in the blanks. Then match the items.(设计意图:听力练习进行前对听力任务进行了解,对内容进行适当解读,以便学生更好地掌握听力内容,抓住重点。)Step 5 Competition(8分钟)Teacher give some pictures and jobs, students make a dialogue according to these information in pair. Then act it out.Which group is the best ?A: What does . want to be when he / she grow up ?B: He / She wants to be a / an . .A: How is he / she going to do that ?B: He / She is going to . .(设计意图:对身边的朋友或家人的职业理想进行提问,目的是让学生会转换人称,会灵活运用目标语言,锻炼他们的口语能力。)Step 6 Group work (5分钟)Make a survey. Work in a group , group leader is a reporter, interview other members, then give a report.NameWhat want to beHow to do In my group, I want to be a / an . . I am going to . . wants to be a / an . . He / She is going to . . (设计意图:通过采访和报告,让学生对目标语言的运用更加熟悉顺畅,以达到训练学生综合运用英语的能力。)Step 7 Sum up and give homework (2分钟). Sum up the new words and the important sentence structures. Write a short passage about dream jobs.(设计意图:通过要点进行总结,让学生对所学知识有更系统的认识。让学生运用目标语言写一篇有关理想职业的短文,让他们锻炼写作的能力。)6、 板书设计 Unit 6 Im going to study computer science. Section A 1a - 1cNew words: grow up, computer programmer,cook, doctor, engineer, violinist, driver, pilot, pianist, scientistSentence structures:A: What do you want to be when you grow up ?B: I want to be a / an . .A: How are you going to do that ?B: I am going to . .7、 教学反思本节课我从听、说、读、写四个方面让学生进行目标语言的训练,让他们学会了更多有关职业打单词,也让他们掌握了目标语言的运用,学会谈论自己的职业理想。 但是这节课还是一些步骤进行得不好,在口语训练上时间安排得不够,词汇学习上所用时间多了一点,最后的采访和报告的时间也不够,所以在以后的教学中要注意时间的安排。并且要最大限度地调动学生的积极性和主动性。 练习题. 根据句意,从括号中选择恰当的单词填空。1.
