Is she tall or short?她是高还是矮?She isnt tall or short. she is of medium height.她即不高也不矮,她中等身高。语法焦点What do/does sb. look like?句型 当询问某人相貌时,常用 “what do/does sb. look like? ”句型,当主语为第三人称单数时,应用助动词does,其他人称或复数名词应用助动词do。在这个句型中look like的意为“看起来像”,是由连系动词look加介词like构成的固定短语。Look做实意动词时,意为“看”,其后不能直接跟宾语,接宾语时,必须与介词at连用。Look做连系动词时,意为“看起来”,其后可以直接接形容词做表语。What do/does sb. look like 句型的答语通常有三种:1. 主语+be+形容词(外貌特征的形容词)2. 主语+have/has+名词性词组(名词前可有多个形容词修饰)3. 主语+be+ of medium build/height.e.g.: What does your favorite star look like? 你最喜爱的明星长什么样子? She is very tall and thin.
