Equivalent forced outage rate 0.08%, 0.16% reduction over the same period a year earlier. Carried out in spring and autumn of security inspections, flood control and inspection, safety production month, day supervision of production safety and the Olympic Games and other工具室管理制度 目前已经将生产常用工具放置在现场,对工具室的管理制度规定如下:第一条 工具室实行时间管理,每天上午8:0010:00为工具借用时间。第二条 工具借用须填写工具借用出库单,依次填写工具名称、规格、数量、借用时间、借用人、用途,出库单可在填写完成后,由电脑打印出来。归还工具时,根据出库单对工具进行一一核实进行归还;第三条 领出的工具由借用人负责保管,在归还工具时,须放回工具规定位置,工具上的污垢没有清除和随便乱放的情况,进行拍照通报。第四条 当日借出的工具要求,当日下午4:30-5:00归还(除出差);根据生产需要可以延迟一天归还,但必须在两个工作日内归还,不然予以通报。(以工具出库单日期为准)第五条 对于出差人员借用工具,也要填写工具借用出库单,但不受时间限制,每次工具借用和工具归还时须有工具室管理员跟随确认。出差人员回公司后,借用工具在三日内必须归还,不准工具长期借用不换(包括工具箱),不然予以通报。第六条 所有工具必须正确使用(特别是电动工具),发现问题必须立即停止使用。要严格遵守安全操作规程,不准违章使用。第七条 在归还工具时,如有损坏、丢失现象,须在工具借用出库单的备注中注明并填写工具报废(遗失)申请单。由于个人原因丢失的工具,在一周时间内须购买同样品牌、规格型号的工具还给工具室,不然予以通报。第八条 如果在借用过程中,工具有损坏、丢失的情况,在填写工具报废(遗失)申请单后,须由生产组负责人签字确认,然后将申请单交与工具管理员保管。主要介绍的是永磁直流电动机;首先简述了永磁电机、永磁直流电动机从产生到到逐步改善的发展过程,以及以此为基础的未来发展的趋势;activities, comprehensive and tamping Safety Foundation .
