Combining two sets of survey data and weather situation, the results showed that in the following weather situation, namely the control of the cold high pressure, the temperature between 20 and 25, the relative humidity between 70% and 80%, sunny to cloudy weather, easterly winds and conditions in the breeze, a high quality and benefit tea will be made. Recommendations on regulation measures were provided for making high quality tea, there are to construct ecological tea plantation, establish irrigation system and promote advanced processing equipments such as desiccant air conditioning.
