大型机械伤害应急预案一、 目的为预防工地井架、塔吊、人货梯等大型机械倒塌及钢丝绳断裂等突发事件发生的应急响应，制订本预案。二、 范围本预案适用于*项目部。三、 职责职能组别责任人职责任务指挥指挥协调联络组负责对内、对外联络抢救组负责抢救救护组 负责负伤人员救治和送治四、 资源配置熟练的救援人员、救援设备、通讯联络工具。五、 应急准备1. 项目部根据实际情况配备足够的救援设备。2. 项目部建立相应的意外伤害领导班子和职能班组，并进行相应的培训。3. 项目部每半年检查一次，确保救援设备的有效性，并进行合适的补充。4. 项目部每年举行一次大型机械事故伤害的救护演习，通过演习检验并改进大型机械伤害的急救预案。六、 纠正和改进1. 井架、塔吊、人货梯等大型机械事故发生时，应确定事故的类型，并立即报告大型机械事故伤害救护领导小组。救护领导小组启动大型机械事故伤害应急预案。2. 救护组负责负伤人员处置，根据伤情的严重程度确定是现场施救还是送医院救治或是请医护人员现场组织施救。3. 如需送医院救治（急救电话120）或是请医护人员现场组织施救，对外联络组负责拨打急救电话120通知附近医院，报120要讲明地点、伤情严重程度、伤害的类型和公司电话，并派人到路口接车指示通道。4. 领导小组要负责现场的指挥、救护、通讯、车辆的使用调度工作。七、 现场急救措施方法7.1. 现场急救7.1.1 调查事故现场，迅速使伤病员脱离危险场。7.1.2 初步检查伤病员，采取有效的止血、防止休克、包扎伤口、固定、预防感染、止痛等措施。7.1.3 呼救：迅速呼叫救护车，送医院医治。7.1.4 如果没有发现危及伤病员的体征，可作第二次检查，实行必须的急救和稳定病情，降低并发症和伤残的措施。7.1.5伤员口渴时可给适量饮水或含盐饮料。7.1.6经现场处理后的伤员要迅速转送医院医治。7.2. 严重创伤出血伤员的急救7.2.1可采用以下几种止血办法：A. 压迫止血法：先抬高伤肢，然后用消毒纱布或棉垫覆盖在伤口表面，在现场可用清洁手帕、毛巾或其他棉织品代替，再用绷带或布条压包扎止血。B. 指压法：按出血部位分别采用指压面动脉、颈总动脉、锁骨下动脉、额动脉、股动脉、胫前后动脉止血法。C. 弹性止血带止血法：当肢体动脉创伤出血时，一般的止血包扎达不到理想的止血效果而采用之。先抬高肢体，使静脉血充分回流，然后创伤部位的近端放上弹性止血带，在止血带与皮肤间垫上消毒纱布棉垫，以免扎紧止血带时损伤局部皮肤。止血带必须扎紧，要加压扎紧到切实将该处动脉压闭。7.2.2包扎、固定：创伤处用消毒的敷料或清洁的医用纱布覆盖，再用绷带或布条包扎，既可保护创口预防感染，又可减少出血帮助止血。在肢体骨折时，可借助绷带包扎夹板来固定受伤部位上下二个关节，减少损伤，减少疼痛，预防休克。7.2.3伤员搬运：经现场止血、包扎、固定后的伤员，应尽快正确地搬运转关医院抢救。A. 在肢体受伤后，应在止血包扎固定后再搬运。B. 在搬运严重创伤伴有大出血或休克的伤员时，要平卧运送伤员，头部可放置冰袋或戴冰帽，路途中要尽量避免震荡。C. 在搬运高处坠落伤员时，若颖有脊椎受伤可能时，一定要使伤员平卧在硬板上搬运，不准只抬伤员的两肩与两腿或单肩背运伤员。7.3伤病员心跳骤停的急救在施工现场的伤病员心跳呼吸骤停，即突然意识丧失、脉博消失、呼吸停止的，在颈部、喉头两侧摸不到大动脉搏动时应采用以下方法急救：A. 口对口（口对鼻）人工呼吸法B. 体外心脏挤压法7.4现场急救设备7.5应急电话A. 天气预报：121或969221B. 救护：120C.
