Warming up & Lead inT: Class begins.M: Stand up.T: Good morning, boys and girls.Ss: Good morning, Miss Sun.T: What day is it today?Ss: Its Tuesday.T: What date is it today?Ss: Its December 13.T: Yes. On December 25, it is Christmas, so Christmas is coming, do you like Christmas?Shall we sing a song Merry Christmas?Ss: OK.T: Good. Lets begin.(师生齐唱)T: Sit down, please.T: OK. At Christmas, well get many gifts. So lets see what gifts Santa Claus brings to us. (学生看PPT)T: What can you see in the picture?Ss: I can see 正方形,长方形.T: Yes, they are shapes. So do you know shapes?Ss: 形状。T: Yes. Read after me, shape, shapes So today well learn Unit9 Shapes.Step2. Presentation1.Teach triangleT: Christmas is coming, I bought some presents for you. Now look, whats this?Ss: Its a tree.T: Yes. Its a Christmas tree.T: So what shape is the tree? (PPT呈现句型) Its a triangle.T: OK. Now read after me. Triangle, triangle.(板书)Ss: 跟读。T: OK. Now this group read it one by one.And this group, T: When you read it, you should draw it.(师生边读单词边画三角形)T: Look, whats this? (教师出示一个圣诞帽)Ss: Its a hat.T: Yes. Its a Christmas hat. Make shapesT: Boys and girls, weve learnt many shapes, so lets make some shapes, OK?Ss: OK.T: Well, who want to try?(教师在各组中共抽取20名学生)T: OK. Now come here. (教师示意学生站在教室的中间)(播放Music “The wheels on the bus”)T: OK. Now follow me.(20名学生跟着教师边做动作边走动,其他同学则随音乐节拍拍手)T: Listen to me carefully. Now stand in a circle. (20名学生立即围成一个圆)T: Follow me. Circle, circle, its a circle.Ss: Circle, circle, its a circle.T: Well done.(教师和学生继续边做动作边走)T: Now stand in a square.(学生迅速围成一个正方形)T&Ss: Square, square, its a square.(依次让学生站成所学形状,直至音乐结束)T: All of you did a great job. Clap for yourselves.2. Draw shapes(1)T: OK. Now weve learnt many shapes, they are .(教师示意学生说出所学形状单词,学生每说一个,教师在黑板上画出对应的形状,最后成为一幅画一个小孩放风筝) (2)T: Draw a picture. Use these shapes circle, rectangle, square and so on.For example, you can say I draw a house, the roof is a triangle, the door is a rectangle an so on.学生自由作画并思考组织语言做好介绍准备。请一两名画得棒的学生上台画T: Are you ready? Let me see.(教师分别评奖学生画的好的作品,并将其贴在黑板上展示)T: Im happy to see your pictures. They are very nice and you are excellent. Are you happy?Ss: Yes.T: Very good. After class you can finish your pictures, OK?Ss: OK.T: Lets watch the video about Christmas, you can say the shapes directly.(学生看动画,说出看到的一些图形。)T: SO much for today.
