propertiesof Party A in jobsite ofxxxxxxxxx,Party Aherein entrustsParty Bto supplysecurity defenseservices plying with relatedlaws and regulations ofxxxxxxx.Through friendlynegotiation,the twoparties agreeto signthis contractas follows:第一条服务范围ClauseService Scope在双方约定服务区域内，根据甲乙双方确认的保安服务内容，乙方向甲方提供保安服务，并按照乙方的管理模式对保安人员进行管理，依据双方确认的岗位职责要求，执行安全防范任务，承担相应的保安服务责任。 Aording to the scopeconfirmed by both parties,Party Bsupplies securityservices toParty Awithin stipulatedareas andmaintain managementover securityguards toimplement securitydefense taskin aordancewith confirmedduty functionsand bearrelated securitydefense responsibilities.第二条服务内容ClauseService Content1.保安队长Guard Chief保安队长无固定工作时间段，不定期在现场巡逻，全天候对现场白班或夜班保安进行监督，对现场异常情况进行排查，发现问题第一时间向乙方或甲方领导报告，并及时组织保安力量快速解决问题。 PAGE1OF7The Guard Chief,who isnot bondedto workin fixeddurations butshall patrolinjobsiteaperiodically andsupervise allday-shift and night-shift guardsall overthe day,should bealert todetect abnormalsituations injobsite.In caseany problembe detected,the Guard Chief shouldreport itto officersof Party A orParty Bimmediately andorganize securityforces tosolve problemsin time.2.定岗保安Area Guard定岗保安分白班和夜班，白班为7:00am-7:00pm,夜班为7:00pm-7:00am(次日)。 首先，对甲方指定的区域负责，保卫指定区域内设备、工机具、施工材料、临时材料等财产的安全，防盗防抢。 在负责区域内巡逻检查，发现不安全因素，及时处理。 力量不足时，及时联系保安队长或其他区域保安请求支援。 其次，在接到保安队长的调遣命令或其他区域保安的请求时，及时予以支援。 Area Guardsare dividedinto day-shift(from7:00am to7:00pm)andnightshift(from7:00pm tonext day7:00am).Firstly,Area Guards shall beresponsible for the respectiveappointed areas to protectand guardmaterials,tools,machines,equipment,devices andother propertiesof Party A,preventing theftand robbery.Area Guardsshould patroland inspectin assigned areastodetect andprocess potentialfactors.When theforce isinadequate fordefense,the areaguard shouldtimely contactthe Guard Chief orguards ofother areasfor reinforcement.Secondly,area guardsshall back-up other areas uponbeing orderedor requiredby theGuard Chiefor otherguards.在甲方财产受到威胁时，所有以上保安人员应发挥其本职责任，保卫甲方人员及财产免受伤害和损失。 When propertiesof Party A arefacing threats,all guard forces mentionedabove shallact theirduties toprevent personnelor propertiesof Party A frominjury orlosses.第三条服务期限ClauseService Period本合同有效期为xxx个月，起始日为xxxx日至xxxxx日。 Validity ofthis contractis xxxxmonths,from xxxxxto xxxxx.第四条支付条款ClauseTerms ofPayment1.保安队长工资以月计，每月为xxxxx；定岗保安工资以小时计，每小时为xxxxx；GuardChiefsalary:xxxxxx permonth;PAGE2OF7Area Guardsalary:xxxxx perhour.2.工资基于双方确认的考勤表中所记录的实际工作时间进行计算。 Salary willbe calculatedon basisof theactual workingtime confirmedbyboth parties in the timelog sheets.3.按月支付时，乙方应准备以下文件签字盖章的发票；甲方日签的考勤表；签字盖章的收款收据。 For monthlypayment,Party Bshall providethe followingdocument:Invoice signed and stamped;Time logsheets signedby Party A;Money receiptsigned andstamped.4.上述文件提交甲方并经审核无误后，甲方将在10个工作日内完成支付。 After thedocument issubmitted toParty Aand verified,payment willbe madewithin10working days.5.以上工资包含社保、保险、所得税、食宿等一切费用。 Salaries listedabove coversocial security,insurance policy,ine taxes,food,aommodation andall othercosts andexpenses.6.付款账户Payment Aountof Party B乙方开户银行Bank Name:_账号Aount Number_户名Aount Name_第五条服务人数及分配ClauseGuards Numberand Deployment乙方向甲方派遣合格的保安人员xxxx名为甲方提供全日二十四小时保安服务。 年龄18-40周岁，具有较强的责任感和服务意识。 若将来甲方其他区域需要增加保安，乙方应根据甲方要求的人数在三日内安排合格的保安到指定区域上岗。 现根据甲方具体岗位作如下安排Party Bwill supplyParty Axxxx qualified guards toprovide24-hour securityservices,who shall hold strongsense ofresponsibility andservice,aging from18to40.If moreguards PAGE3OF7are requiredby Party A for otherareasin thefuture,Party B should arrangequalifiedguardswithin three days asrequired toappointed areas.Positions and areas arespecified notificationby PartyA.2.乙方管理人员手机必须24小时开机。 Management staffincluding theGuardChiefmust keepcellphones onin24hours;3.乙方为其保安人员提供巡逻用手电、胶警棍等服务用必备工具或器材。 Party Bshall equipits guardswith patrolflashlights,rubber truncheonsandothernecessary toolsor devicesfor service.4.节假日期间，乙方必须保证所有岗位上有人执勤。 During holidays,Party Bmust guaranteethat allpositions areunder duty.5.乙方保安服务人员按照以下规定时间用餐，其他时间不可以用餐为由离开所负责PAGE4OF7区域。 给区域内施工人员请示后，方可离开所负责区域:Guardsshallhave mealsplyingwiththe followingstipulated times,andarenot allowedto leaveassignedareaat anyother Requirementupon PartyA1.甲方为乙方保安人员提供防雨棚等避雨措施。 PartyAshall providerain shelterorotherrainproof measuresforthe guards.2.乙方保安服务人员与甲方不存在劳动合同关系。 There isno contractualrelationship betweenguards and PartyA.3.为有利于保安队伍整体素质提高，乙方可适当调整保安员，但必须是在保证履行合同和事前知照甲方的前提下进行。 To improveperformance ofthe wholeguardforce,Party Bhas theright toadjust guardforce membersreasonably,but Party B,at thesame time,must ensurefulfillment ofthe contractwill notbe affectedandPartyA istimely notified.4.甲方为乙方保安服务人员办理现场进出卡，乙方提供所需的身份证、一寸免冠照片及其他信息。 PartyAshould applyGate PassCards forguards of Party Bunder thecondition thatParty Bproperly providerequired NationalityCards,one-inch-size uncappedphotos andnecessary information.第八条赔偿责任Indemnity Responsibilities1.乙方保安服务人员对其负责区域内设施设备巡查未尽到责任，造成被盗、被抢、PAGE5时间Time9:00-9:3015:00-15:30下班后off duty上班前before duty下班后off duty晚餐Dinner早餐Breakfast OF7被砸、被撬等事故，给甲方造成损失的，由乙方承担全部赔偿责任。 If guardsprovided byParty Bfail toserve theirduties properlywithin assignedareas andlosses arecaused byrobbery,theft,damage toPartyA,all losses shall be borne andindemnified byParty B.2.乙方保安监守自盗的责任由乙方负责；In caseof self-theft ofthe guards,all lossesshall beindemnified byPartyB.3.甲方交待之工机具、材料等财产，乙方保安人员应妥善监督及保管，人为因素造成损坏或丢失，概由乙方按价赔偿。 If staffof PartyA handover tools,machines,materials orother propertiestotheguards forprotection,theguardsofPartyBshouldkeep thoseproperly.In caseof damageor lost,lossesshallbebornebyPartyB.4.因发生不可抗拒事件（如地震、战争、灾难等），而给甲方造成损失，乙方不承担任何责任。 As forlosses causedby forcemajeure incidentssuch asearthquake,war andnatural disaster,PartyBshall holdno responsibilities.第九条其他条款ClauseOthers1.本合同未尽事宜，经甲方双方协商一致，另行签订补
