As we know, simple question is a kind of important structure. If the students can learn it well, it will be helpful for the students to learn the special question. And its close to our daily life, so its very useful.Teaching goals Language goals:Help the students to learn the new words and structures. New words: basketball,soccerball,volleyball,ping-pongball,ping-pongbat,tennis ball, baseball, baseball bat. Structures: - Do you have a ping-pong bat? - Yes, I do. I have a ping-pong bat.- Do you have a ping-pong ball? - No, I dont. I dont have a ping-pong ball.Ability goals: Todevelopthestudentsabilitiesoflistening, speaking and reading.Totrainthestudentsabilitiesofcommunication in English.Moral goals: Enable the students to form a positive attitude towards sports.To share the things they have with friends.Important and difficult pointsImportant points: The words about ball games. The simple present tense to have. The use of simple question “Do you have?” and short answers“Yes, I do./ No, I dont.”Difficult points: The simple present tense to have. Use simple questions “Do you have?” and short answers“Yes, I do./ No, I dont.” to talk about the things the students have.Analysis of the studentsThe students of Grade7 are very energetic and eager to learn. They want to show themselves very much. They love sports, so they will be interested in the topic of this unit. By using the ways of listening, speaking, playing, acting and competing, students are active in learning.Teachingmethods: Communicative language teaching. Task-based language teaching.Learningmethods: Learning in groups or in pairs: During this class, students need to work together, communicate with each other and help each other to improve themselves and train their abilities. Creating interesting and real learning situation for the students.
