Section A (Period One : 1a-2b)教材简析 本节课的教学内容是人教版新目标英语七年级下册第七单元。本单元以对天气的描述和How,what 引导的特殊疑问句的学习为重点,设计了两部分内容,即Section A和Section B, 总共分为七个模块的学习任务。本节课是本单元的第一课时,主要完成Section A部分的第一,二模块任务的学习,即以谈论天气为主要话题,以对天气词汇和地名的学习为重点,以听说训练为主,拓展训练How与What 引导的特殊疑问句的 形式和用法,训练学生的会话连贯性和语言交际能力。教学目标知识目标1)单词:rainrainy wind- windy cloud-cloudy sunsunny snowsnowy weather cook Moscow Toronto Boston 2)句型:A:Hows the weather?(Whats the weather like?) B: Its sunny/rainy.能力目标1. Enable students to talk about the weather freely 2. To train students listening and speaking skills. 情感态度与价值观1. Educate students to pay attention to the weather and be in the control of their own feeling.2. Ask students to know about the weather all over the world, to understand the world.3. Ask students to understand the weather, then understand the nature, and the magic of the nature, and love the nature. 教学重点1.New words(单词): The vocabulary and useful expressions. 2.New Structures(句型):1)Hows the weather?/Whats the weather like Its raining/ windy. 2) What are people doing? 教学难点New Structures(句型):1) Report the weather and make conversations using key structures.2) How to improve students listening and speaking skills.教学准备Some pictures about the different weather, a computer for multimedia use, a textbook, PPT教学流程Teaching procedures(教学流程)Step1 Greeting.(问候)Step2 Revision(复习) Ask and answer according to the pictures. T: When you see these pictures, what questions would you like to ask?Step2.Leading-in.(导入新课) Watch a short video about weather report. T: Lets watch a short video, and then answer these two questions:1. Whats she doing?2. Whats her job?Step3 Word presentation(单词呈现)1. Show students some pictures.cook (I am cooking, she is cooking.
