Knowledge targets: Ss will be able to master the following words and phrases: cow, horse, farmer, farm, go for a walk, milk a cow, ride a horse, feed chickens and etc,.2. Ability targets:Ss will be able to enhance their oral and listening skills with the target language.3. Emotion targets: Ss will know about all kinds of activities in school organizations at home and abroad, learn to share their enjoyments with others.教学重点Key words and phrases教学难点How to talk about past events教学方法Three-link and six-step teaching method教具准备PPT教学过程:教学环节教学内容及教师指导学生活动及设计意图Step One: Pre-taskTask 1. 课前一练。 通过必答题、板答题、抢答题的形式对已学和预习内容进行检验,了解学生对知识的掌握程度,加强学生语言能力的培养。 Task 2. Lead-in. Talk about the topic of Unit11 “How was your school trip? and “If we went to a farm, what can we do?”T: Last week you had a school trip, were you happy there?Ss: Yes, we were.T: How was your school trip?SS: Good/Great/Wonderful。T: If we had a trip on a farm, What can we do?Ss: We can go for a walk, milk a cow and etc,.Then show the pictures about the target language.Task3. Quick response.Give Ss one minute to read aloud these phrases and then play the needle game.学生在课前一练中检测课前复习和预习成果。问题导入,激发学生兴趣,为新课的学习做好铺垫。调动学生学习兴趣和情感投入,营造氛围,导入主题。Step Two:While-taskTask1. Guessing game. What did I do last week? TellSs: LastweekendIwenttoafarmandsawsomeanimals, and I did a lot of things there. Eyes on the screen and tell me what I did.Task2. Presentation (1a). 1. Show some pictures and try to get Ss say out the past tense verbs expressions according to the pictures.”2. Work in groups and try to change the sentences “I usually ” into “Last week, I”3. Practice(1c) 1. Ask and answer questions about Carols school trip with the sentence pattern :-Did Carol?-Yes,she did. She/ No, she didnt. She.2. Group work Get Ss have an interview in their groups.Using the sentence pattern: Did you? Yes, I did. I No. I didnt. I猜谜游戏,既活跃了气氛,又为下面的教学作铺垫。由上一环节自然过渡到新课的学习,学生在不知不觉中感知新知识;多媒体采用形象生动的现实生活图片,保持学习新知识的兴趣本环节是教材安排的任务型听力活动,目的是让学生在听音时抓住关键词,培养学生边听边做笔记的学习策略。通过活动让学生感知、操练语言。真实的语言环境有助于学生们语言的输出。学生在小组中交流、合作、竞争,激发学生的表达欲望。重点、难点指导,帮助学生解疑释难。巩固所学知识,学习与生活紧密结合,学以致用。学生在课前一练中检测预习成果。Step Three: Post-task1. Sum up.学生对本节课重点词语及句型进行回忆,并梳理本节课知识脉络,有效提高学生学习效率。2. Practice.当堂检测学生所学知识是否达到预期,问题设置要由浅入深,循序渐进,照顾到全体学生。指导学生掌握正确的解题方法。3. Homework.1. Revise the simple past tense.2.
