一、课题:新标准英语一年级起点五年级第九册Module 8 Unit 1 They sit around tables.二、学习目标:1、知识目标:(1)能听、说、读、写单词:line、 morning exercises、 miss .(2)能听、说、读、运用词组:sit around tables 、sit in lines 、sing songs 、do morning exercises 、start (finish) school .(3)能听、说、读、运用句子:A. In England, they sit around tables. B. We sit in lines in China. C. They sing songs together every morning. D. We do morning exercises.2、能力目标:(1)To compare school life in England with that in China.(2)To talk about the difference in daily life.3、情感目标:(1)了解中西方学校在各方面的差异,热爱自己的学校,拓展视野,培养学生的世界意识。(2)关注学生学习过程中的情感体验,通过相互合作、自主探讨,培养学生自信、乐观的个性和积极的学习态度。三、教学重点及难点:1、掌握中西方学校的几个差异。2、动词词组的使用及词组sit around tables 、sit in lines的说和读及exercises的发音。四、课前准备:单词卡、CAI五、教学过程:Step 1. Warmer:1、 Enjoy and try to chant营造轻松、欢快的学习氛围,为课文的学习作铺垫。2、Free talkThe teacher talks about her school and her students first, then ask the students:Whats your school like? What do you do at school?Afer that the teacher says: My students are nearly the same as you, because we are all Chinese.But school is different in England.利用老师来自他校的身份,自然地进行学校及学校活动的相关谈论,既是一个互动,也是一个对新课的导入。Step 2. Preparation1.Devide the droups. My dear class , today , you are in two different schools. Now you are in a Chinese school.(flag) And you are in an English school. (flag) You are my Chinese students, and you are my English students. Ok? (speak to my Chinese students : our school. Let them speak, then point to my English students , say : their school. Let them understand the Chinese meaning. )then let them point to each other and say : our school, their school .2. 学习词汇: line 注意强调双元音/ ai /的发音由单词扩展成短语,再拓展成句子。 line lines - sit in lines We sit in lines in China . 操练sit in linesBoys sit in lines.Girls sit in lines.We sit in lines in China. (教师辅以肢体动作)3. 学习词汇around 引导学生理解 sit around tables的含义并操练。小Chant: sit sit ,sit in lines , sit sit ,sit around tables.4. 学习词汇:morning exercises 注意强调exercises发音由单词扩展成短语,再拓展成句子。morning exercises do morning exercises We do morning exercises every morning . 边做动作边操练短语及句子。 5. 学习词汇:miss 用miss 说句子Step 3. Practice1.Showing the pictures of Part 2 one by one on the screen. Practise the sentences: A. We sit in lines in China. B. In England , they sit around tables.C. We do morning exercises in China. D. They sing songs together every morning. Pay more attention to the next expressions: sit in lines 、sit around tables 、do morning exercises 、sing songs 操作方式:先利用课件出示图片,给学生以具体的感知,老师通过语言诱导尽量让学生自己表达出图片内容,根据需要老师及时纠错、领读,并对应着黑板上中英两国国旗将关键词组板书。2、Listen and read the letter ,answer the questions and try to find out the difference between Chinese school and English school. Where did Lingling go yesterday ? What do we do every morning?What time does school start in England? What time does school in China?操作方式:自先读,根据问题,解决难点。听录音跟读,注意模仿语音、语调,在朗读过程中顺便提问英文地址的书写特点,并解释NW2的含义。练读课文,分组表演。3、Read by themselves and try to finish the table on the screen.操作方式:分四人小组讨论完成表格,每组选出两人,一人代表England,一人代表China,进行展示并检测答案。Step 4. Production 1、Game: Mine and guess分成中英学校的两部分学生,分组各找三人表演和猜句子,及时给予图片评价。2、 Look,we know more: Fill in the blanks . 操作方式:先分四人小组讨论,探讨中英两国生活中的区别,约三分钟左右后展示,然后再填空 。3、Listen to a song .Step 5.Summary操作方式:针对板书让学生小结本课的学习目标。Step 6. Homework1、听读课文五遍
