Can you help me?”Sure.Now please read the newspaper article fast . Which picture shows the real criminal?Many students say the answer and I let one student say the reason ,then he draws lines on hht multimedia.(Design purpose:Through fast reading, clear the gist.)Step4:Careful readingTeacher says :“Im a teacher. Do you know what Joe Browns job is?”Please read 2b carefully and answer the questions.Unlimited number,four students run fast to the blackboard and write the answers on it.Other students finish them by themselves.Teacher walks around the classroom and check the answers.Students have finished and the teacher will say:“Who will speak about these five questions?Please stand up.”Han Yanming comes to the platform to say the answers and the reasons,then he draws lines on hht multimedia.(Design purpose:By reading 2b carefully ,finishing the questions and one student explains the reasons, make students have a deeper understanding of the article.)Step5:Skimming and scanningTeacher says:“I love my students. Because they are very smart. I love my job very much. Because its very interesting.”they refers to students,it refers to job;Please skimming and scanning. Write what the words in bold refer to. Unlimited number,four students run fast to the blackboard and write the answers on it.
