The pressure from society for a person to strive to reach the best schools and the best education has climaxed, and in order to achieve this your test scores have to be high. This brings up the question of whether or not the highest test scores show who the smartest people really are. Also should people use all their powers available to get into the best schools? The education system of today has used testing as an easier way to show how smart someone is. In addition, teachers use tests to see how well students understand what has been taught. This has a positive effect, making the students learn the material that the teacher wants them to learn-however the students end up learning the material because they have to. To get into the best colleges, to get the best jobs, one has to go to the best high schools, which in perfect theory takes the best primary school, and further. To get into that primary school, one has to get into the best preschool. This makes parents spend all of their precious money and use all of their social networks to get their child into the best schools as they can. This however is an unfair system. Not everyone can afford the best schools because they usually end up being the most expensive. And not everyone has rich relatives to get them into the college that they would not otherwise have been able to get into.
