After out of box, carry the machine, take the forklift as main, and should pay attention to avoid damaging the surface of machine.Fig.1 machine lifting drawing2) After out of box, firstly check appearance status of the machine, and check accessories and tools according to Container Load Sheet.3) The installation of series machines are easy, only need put on the platform of foundation and press the around of machines with pressing blocks.4) After installation and adjustment of machines, clean the antirust oil on the exterior of machines with cleanser, and fully add the lubricant according to the regulation of machine lubricate system.5) Electric system of machines.Electric capacity of machines requires: Voltage of power grid is allowed to wave within the scope of 10%-15%. Frequency of power grid is allowed to wave within the scope of 50Hz1Hz. Checks whether the power supply consists with the requirements of machines, otherwise, please dont start the machines with force, so as to avoid accidents happening. According to the protection of power supply on the electric principle drawings (fig.2), connect the leading wire of power supply on the wiring plate of power supply and the earth columns. After connecting the power supply, according to the electric principle drawings and the electric elements detailed list, operate the machines and check the completion status of functions of every operation button. Adjustment of coil thread rolling machineBefore test the machine, must reference the using instruction of the machine, to know the structure of the machine and understand the functions and using methods of every operation structure, move the machine with the hand holder, check the work status of every part, before the machine connecting the power supply, should check whether the electric system is complete well, whether the motor is humid. After the machine connecting the power supply, should check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct.After checking all parts finished, can start run test without any parts. Firstly should make the main switch keep the stop status, and start the lubricant pump. When see the all oil nozzles of the machine have oil, and after running without parts for some minutes, no abnormal is happened, can install the threading mould.1). The adjustment of Nail Bridge, fixed screw and holder.a) Loosen the eight bolts on the nail bridge bracket 3 (taking on the square distribution), that is to say, according to the diameter of the bolt waiting for grinding, can adjust the interval distance of the right bridge 2 and the left bridge 1 to the appropriate position. After that, tighten the above eight bolts.b) Loosen the nut 4 and the nut 5 under the connecting head, and can adjust the initial position of pulling nail knife 6, if it is appropriate, please tighten the above nut.c) Loosen the nut 11 (totally 2) and the puller bolt 8 (totally 4), can adjust the left and right position of the fixed screw and the screw holder 9 with the nut on the screw 7. After adjusting to the appropriate position, tighten the nut 11 (totally 2) and the puller bolt 8 (totally 4).d) Loosen the nut 11 (totally 2), screw and adjust the socket head cap bolt on the bolt holder 10, that means can adjust the front and back position of the fixed screw and screw holder 9. After adjusting to the appropriate position, tighten the nut 11 (totally 2).The adjustment of Nail Bridge, fixed screw and holder2)Adjustment of journey and actions (fig.6)a) Loosen the nuts 15 and 17, rotate the bolt with two heads 16 with the spanner, can make the slider 20 and the moving screw 19 installed on the slider adjust toward and backward. After adjusting to the appropriate position, tighten the nuts 15 and 17.b) Loosen the bolt 23 (totally 4), tighten or loosen the socket head cap bolt 25 (totally 3), and can make the pressing plate 22 move toward right (toward left). So that make the slider 20 obtain the adjustment of sliding clearance toward right or left, After adjusting to the appropriate position, tighten the bolt 23 (totally 4).c) Loosen the bolt 14 with the hexagon spanner, move the cam 13 with hands clockwise, make the pulling nail device (mainly refers to the pulling nail knife) obtain the adjustment about the quick or slow time, so as to get the cooperated time of every action like falling nail, pulling nail and threading etc.Adjustment of journey and actions (fig.6)3)Adjustment of flying nail wheel Loosen the bolt 30 (totally 2), according to the head height of the bolt blanks waiting for grinding, adjust the position of the whole flying nail wheel supporting blocks from up to down, and make the flying nail wheel 28 to a appropriate position.
