Unit2My Favourite SeasonPart B Read and Write 龙湖区南侨小学 谢林瑶一、学情分析:五年级的小学生已经有了一定的英语学习基础,具有一定的英语听说读写技能、自主学习能力以及与同伴合作交流的能力。本节课已是第二单元的第六课时,学生在前几个课时已经学习了一年四季,天气,季节的活动等词汇,大部分学生能够用英语简单描述和交流各个季节的特征: I like best./ Because I can./ I want to ./ There is/are.等。基于此,教师结合他们已有的英语语言基础,巧设情境,引导他们积极参与课堂语言实践活动,开拓他们的思维,帮助学生提高英语阅读能力和表达能力。二、教学目标:1、知识目标:(1)在语境中,了解生词“fall”的两个含义,并尝试运用。(2)学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下,养成按照意群阅读的习惯,读懂对四季的描述,以及机器人对四季的喜好,完成选择题。( 3 ) 学生能够在学习中,注意书写规范。并学会用此句型回答:I like , because .2、技能目标:(1)在阅读时,养成案意群阅读的习惯,用目标句型和词汇读懂对四季的描写。(2)学生能够根据教学内容回答对四季的喜好的问题, 并做恰当的回答,完成句子填写的活动。3、情感目标:(1)培养学习英语的兴趣及自信心。(2)感受四季的美,并树立保护自然环境的意识。三、教学重、难点:1.教学重点:(1)学生能够听懂、读懂、内化Read and write的内容,并掌握基本的阅读策略。(2)能够在实际语境中交流运用关于喜好的句型“I like because”等。(3)能够简单介绍自己最喜欢的季节及原因并尝试简单写作,培养基础英文写作能 力。2.教学难点:能够提高阅读技巧,掌握基本阅读策略,并进行大胆思考和尝试英文写作。四、教学过程:Step1:Warming up(1) Free talkT:Good morning boys and girls.S: Good morning Miss Xie.T: How are you?S: Im fine ,thank you! How are you?T: Im very happy today. Sit down please! Whats the weather like today?S:Its warm.T: Yes, its spring now. Everything is new, right? S:Yes.(2) Listen a four season poemT: Do you want to enjoy the Season Poem.S:Yes.T: Ok, Close your eyes and listen .In spring(3) Lets chant. T: The season are changing . The season are colourful. Now ,lets chant together. (设计意图:通过听一首四季诗、吟唱chant,营造良好的英语学习氛围,又将旧知识复现,加深学生的记忆,并为下面的唯美的四季的文章做好情感铺垫。)Step2: Presentation1Show the story bookT: Boys and girls , Today, I will show you a story book, Look, this is the story book. What a lovely story book. Do you want to know it, What is it about?S:T: Lets listen to the story book. (播放录音,教师翻开故事书,一页一页呈现)T: Whos in it? S:RobinT: What s the story talking about?S:2、Read the text and finish Which season does Robin like?T: Good! Now, read your book quietly and find out the answer. Which season does Robin like? Spring ,summer, autumn or all the four seaons?T: Who can? How do you know that? Can you find the key sentences?S:T: You see .Robin likes all the four seasons . In other words we can say Robin likes them all. Here “them” means S:3、Read the whole text again and finish “Why does Robin likes them all? Please underline the answer and fill in the blank”.T: Its time for you to read the whole text again and finish “Why does Robin likes them all? Please underline the answer and fill in the blank”.S: Read the text and finish T: Lets check. Why does Robin likes all the four seasons? S:T: Lets fill in the blanks according the answer.【设计意图】整体输入和感知,让学生寻找相关的答案,能帮助学生理清思路,立足更清晰的视觉审视全文,并利用阅读技巧,划一划,写一写,让学生在初读的基础上,深入到文本中去。4Show the picture of spring.T: Look at the picture. Is it summer?S:T: Yes ,look at the green trees and pink flowers. I like spring because there are beautiful flowers everywhere(播放本段录音),Lets read it together.5、Show the picture of autumn.(树叶飘落图)(1)T: There are lots of beautiful flowers in spring .and look, There are lots of What are they? S:树叶。T: Oh, they are leaves. There are lots of colourful leaves .look. there is a leaf and there are lots of leaves.(出示两幅图,一副图是一片树叶,一副图是多片树叶) The leaves fall and fall and fall. The leaves fall and fall and fall in fall. We also can say ,the leaves drop and drop and drop. The leaves are colourful . What lovely colours. Lets go and see.( 出示相关可爱的图片,让学生用What lovely句型操练。)So, Robin want to paint a picture of fall. 出示本文第三幅图学生读。In here , the last”fall:means(2)阅读课本第一、第三段Tick or CrossT: Look at these two passages and tick or cross.S:T: Lets check together.6、Show the picture of winter.(雪花飘落图)T: look. lots of snow fall and fall and fall. (lots of )Its white everywhere(出示课本第四幅图学生读)Robin likes winter, because he can play in the snow.7、Show the picture of summer.(孩子们游泳图)T: There are many children. They dont play in the snow, they play in the water. Which season is it? S:What is the weather like in summer?(出示课文第二幅图学生读) What can Robin do in summer? S: (2)阅读课本第二、第四段完成句子1.Can Robin swim?3. 1. What can Robin do in winter?S:T: So Robin likes them all(出示课文四幅图)【设计意图】利用图片资源,从观察课文的图片入手,分段阅读的方式降低了阅读的难度,也巩固了相关句型。同步练习题能提高学生对课文的理解能力。Step3、Listen and ImitateRobin likes all the four seasons. Do you like them? Now, Lets listen and imitate.【设计意图】感受优美的语音语调。Step4: Writing timeT: Heres Robins story book,. What a lovely story book. Do you like the story book?(呈现故事书)Do you want to make a story book? Now ,take up your paper. Choose some pictures on your paper and write down your favourite season. Then make them a story book in your group.【设计意图】同时通过自主学习,大胆思考,把自己最喜爱的季节用简单的英文写作表达出来,把学生的作品汇成一本小故事书。小有成就。Step5SummaryT: Boys and girls, seasons are changing . Seasons are colourful! Lets enjoy every season and be happy everyday!【设计意图】通过总结四季的美好激发学生对四季自然景物的喜爱,培养学生热爱生活的积极态度和对美好生活的向往。St
