Whats the matter with you? -I have a cold. -Go to see a doctor. -OK! Thank you. - What did you do last weekend? -I visited my .Step2 Presentation Present the new phrases by showing some flashcards: last、weekend、went、 read、saw、did, etc. Learn the new word “yesterday”like this: - What day is it today? - It is Monday. - What day was it yesterdab y? - It was Sunday. Then look at the pictures in “Lets learn” and learn phrases: went to a park、went swimming、went fishing、read a book,etc.Let students look、listen and say(Say together、say in groups、say one by one,etc.).Tell the class to pay attention to forms of these words: do-did、 go-went、read-read/red/Write them down on the blackboard.Step3 Practice Play a game: Find your friendsStudents work in pairs like: -What did you do yesterday? - I went. - Did you.? -Yes,I do./No,I dont.Then they find who did the same things,and they are friends. Let the students look at the table in Lets play and practise in pairs like: -What did Mike do yesterday? - He went swimming. -Did he read books? -Yes,I do./No,I dont.Make sure the students can use these phrases.Give them help if necessary.Write them down on the blackboard.Step4 Consolidation Play a game:Show pictures ,students look and say like : I went to the zoo. go-went I saw a lovely dog. see-saw I did my homework. do-did .Then practise in pairs to the class and check them.Step5 Sum up OK! Today we have learned some new words、 phrases and some sentences about activities in the past.Please do more sports and keep a happy day!Step6 Homework Write down what you did at school today.Step7 Blackboard designing Unit3 Last Weekend (Section B) went、 read、saw、 yesterday What did you do yesterday? went to a park,etc. I went hiking. .Step8 Postscript在本节课教学是进一步学习一般过去时态的运用表达及几个不规则动词的过去式变化形式。我围绕教学内容,创设情境,采用看图听说、认读、找朋友和做游戏等教学方法,让学生感知、体验和运用语言。同时也让他们体会成功的快乐,大大提高了他们学习英语的兴趣,收到了较好的教学效果。但是,交际中正确运用一般过去时态,还需更多的操练。 案例分析: 本单元以“What did you do last weekend?”为中心话题,围绕过去发生的事情展开,以周末活动为主线,重点训练一般过去时态相关句子的运用: -Did you.? -Yes,I do./No,I dont.教学内容与学生的生活实际密切相关,所学的语言知识有利于学生理解和掌握。而且学生通过本单元SectionA部分的学习,对一般过去时态中动词形式变化和相关句子的运用有了一定程度的了解,因而减轻了教学的难度。The teaching materils come from our life,its good for students to grasp the language knowledge.And after learning SectionA,students have learnt something about changes of verbs in the Simple Past Tense.So its easy for students to learn the teaching contents of this class.首先,本节课通过复习第二单元的主要内容热身,然后通过学生俩人一组对话复习本单元SectionA部分的主要内容,自然进入本节课教学内容。其次,我利用 flashcards呈现本节课教学的单词,
