Review the words and sentences that we have learned before(the present progressive tense). 1.利用视频与图片讨论天气,回顾现在进行时态,目的在于引出本单元的语言目标,为新句型的教授做好准备工作。Step2:Tense review and new tense studyStep3:Present the target language.1.According to the first picture,talk about the weather now,using the right tense 2.Talk about the snow last week,introduce the new tense3. Compare the two tenses,make students know them more1.Teacher asks Ss what they were doing when Wenchuan earthquake happened and MH370 lost?2.Free talk with the Ss.3.Make students know we are never afraid of any disaster1.Try to know the teacher and learn the new words. 2.Ss take part in the activities and try to translate and use the new sentencesSs talk about what they were doing.1利用学生熟悉的图片讨论天气,自然的运用现在进行时态。2.利用上周的那场突来的大雪,带学生导入过去进行时态。3通过有趣的图片和适当的练习帮助学生巩固新的语法。教师利用学生熟悉的重大的社会话题进行对话交流,进一步巩固所学语言点.。教师利用人类征服自然灾害的事例,让学生明白我们只要人人献出一点爱心,就能在大难中感到彼此的温暖,必能战胜灾难。Step4:Looking at the pictures andListeningpractice.1.Play the tape recorder and ask the students match the items and circle the key words.1.Listen to the tape and match the itemsand then circle the key words.通过学生的观察完成1a的配对,同时通过听力活动来培养学生听的能力并掌握听力技巧,同时也可检测学生对新单词和目标语言的掌握程度。Step5:Pairw-ork.Do a pairwork.(topic:the quick snow last week)Do a pairwork.通过对话的方式进行口语训练,学习运用目标语言。Step6:Listeningpractice.1.Introduce a friend called Bob and tell students what a unlucky day happened to him2.Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.1.Predict what happened to my dear friend Bob 2.Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks.1.先预测听力内容有助于学生在听前快速收集并整理听力信息的能力。2.先做填空是按照中考听力的要求,让学生在平时课堂上多多训练。Step7:Make a survey and report.1.Divide the students into several groups and do a survey.
