Unit 1 Whats the matter?一、 教学目标1、知识目标(1)学会使用特殊疑问词“why”对事情原因进行提问。(2)学会用“because”对事情原因进行回答。2、能力目标(1)能听说读本课生词:laugh cup understand mistake.(2)能用特殊疑问词“why”对事情原因进行提问,并用“because”对事情原因进行回答。(3)培养学生浓厚的学习兴趣,勤于思考,乐于想象,敢于动口,善于协作等能力。3、功能句型:(1)Whats the matter?(2)Why are you laughing?(3)Its easy to make mistakes with English.二、教学重难点:1、能听懂Whats the matter?并能口头运用Why are you laughing?这样的句型来询问对方事情的原因。且会用Bucause Im happy.这样的句型来做简单的回答。2、会正确用这些单词来描述状态:happy sad angry hungry thirsty tired afraid3、区别一些学过的容易在读音上混淆的单词:cup-cap head-had know-no hour-our duck-dark三、教学程序:(一)热身复习1、听写单词:meat meet wear whereknow no dark duckmoney many house horse(放PPT让生自己检查,然后请全对的同学举手)2、单词教学由单词听写总结引出新单词mistake:T: 单词都全对了吗?S:No.T: But no problem.Because the pronunciations of the words are very similiar.So were easy to make a mistake.“mistake” Whats meaning? Guess!(板书) two mistakes1+3=5() a mistake10-4=3() another mistakeMistake means “错误” 接下来教授单词mistake understand laugh smile funny bring(brought)短语make a mistake(二)课文导入请学生看课件并仔细听:T: What are they doing?S: Theyre laughing.T: Why are they laughing? Lets learn M9 U1,and find the answer.(板书课题)(三)课文教学1、初听课文并找出答案(PPT 出示)看书听文Listen to the tape and find out:(1)Who made a mistake?(2)Which words did she make a mistake with?2、自读课文,画出是以下汉意的句子并反复读(PPT 出示):(1)我们要组成一支棒球队。(2)我是想让你拿棒球帽子。(3)所以现在我们打算这样去打棒球。(4)在英语方面很容易出错。(5)我在用汉语时出了许多错3、跟录音读文并回答:(1)What are on their heads?(2)What did Lingling bring for the baseball game?(3)What did Lingling hear from Amy?(4)What did Amy say?(5)What has Sam got in his bag?4、跟师读文并找出有Why的句子并回答问题(PPT出示)(1)Why are they laughing? Because they have got baseball cups on their heads. (2)Why did they put the baseball cups on their heads?
