1,Operating and Inspection Instructions:(1) Soldering with a cauterant: The interval should not be more than 3 senconds and not be less than 2mm to the epoxy ,the temperature of cauterant tip should not be higher than 300oC.(2) Dipping-solder: The interval should not be more than 5 senconds and not be less than 2mm to the epoxy ,the temperature should not be higher than 260oC.2,Forming of lead pin(1) 2mm to the epoxy is the Minimum interval for bending lead pin.(2) Tongs must be used while the pin is being formed,or we can ask some professional person to do it.(3) Any forming on lead pin must be finished before soldering.(4) The interval between pins must be identical to which on the circuitry board.3,Mounting(1) Pay attention to putting kinds of partners in correct anode and cathode .No part is allowed to be near to some heated componets .It must be working under the margin condition demanded.(2) Avoid mounting while lead pin is distorted.(3) Calculate the holes interval and tolerance in circuitry board and pins before mounting,so as not to cause any exorbitant stress on pins.(4) Localizer(guide sheath) is one of tools recommended for having the position fixed.(5) Avoid any shaking or exorbitant stress on LED before the temprature fall to normal.4,CleaningPay more attention to cleaning when some chemist is used,because some of these chemist,such as chlorethylene,acetone,may damage the surface of epoxy and fade it as well.We can clean and dig LED with ethano within 3 minutes in normal temperature.5,Operating and storage temprature(1)LED Lamps: Topr 25oC 85oC Tstg 40oC 100oC(2)LED Displays: Topr 20oC 70oC Tstg 20oC 85oC(3)Out-Door LED lamps: Topr 30oC 60oC Tstg 20oC 70oC安装方法|清洁|成形|焊接|电流|判定的项目和标准|安装方法 注意各类器件外线的排列,以防极性装错。器件不可与发热元件靠得太近,工作条件不要超过其规定的极限。 务必不要在引脚变形的情况下安装LED。 当决定在孔中安装时,计算好面孔及线路板上孔距的尺寸和公差以免支架受过度的压力。 安装LED时,建意用导套定位。 在焊接温度回到正常以前,必须避免使LED受到任何的震动或外力 (1) Pay attention to arrange the pins or leads, in order to avoid making the wrong polar.
