Theglobalization of the information industry, the openness of the PC production, andthe rapid advancement of the network have brought about the prosperity of the ITindustry .However, faced with the globalization, it means any of the IT enterpriseshave to optimize the allocation of resources globally, carry out the globalizemanufacture and management, so that they can realize maximize the value of theproducts and the enterprise .Under this background, the main goal of this paper focus on expounding thecomparison of the Lenovo and Acers internationalization management strategyand gets some useful suggestions for international management.The first partmainly introduces the relative definition and theory study about globalization,as well as the reason for choosing the topic and the papers structure .The secondpart and the third part expatiate on the globalization process and experience ofLenovo and Acer respectively .
