本期规模 size of project 1X25MW 发电机组 Power generating set of 1X25MW 泰水泥 TS4冲击合闸宜在变压器高压侧进行 对中性点接地的电力系 统 试验时变压器中性点必须接地 无电流差动保护的干式变压器可冲击 3 次 Impact test on transformer in rated voltage will be done in five times the interval should be 5 minutes there should be no something abnormal the test should be done on high voltage side of transformer For the electric system of neutral point being grounded the neutral point of transformer must be grounded when test was done for the dry transformer without current differential protection the test can be done for three times 3 1 8 检查变压器的相位必须与电网相位一致 Check the phases of transformer they must be in accordance with grid phases 3 2 互感器 6 6 0 4KV mutual inductor 3 2 1 测量绕组的绝缘电阻 measure insulation resistance of winding 采用 2500V 兆欧表测量一次绕组对二次绕组及外壳 各二次绕组间及其对 inductor 测量采用单臂电桥进行 与产品出厂值或同批相同型号产品的测得值相比 应无明显差别 Use single bridge for measurement there should no clear difference between the measurement valves and production delivery valves or those for other productions of same batch or model 3 2 4 测量 1000V 以上电流互感器保护绕组的励磁特性曲线 Measure excitation characteristic curves of protection windings of current mutual inductor above 1000v 3 2 5 测量 1000V 以上电压互感器的励磁特性 Measure excitation characteristics of voltage mutual inductor above 1000v 3 2 6 检查互感器的三相接线组别和单相互感器引出线的极性 Check polarity of three phases wiring windings of mutual inductor and outgoing lines of single phase mutual inductor 试验采用直流感应法进行 必须符合设计要求 并应与铭牌上的标记和外 壳上的符合相符 Test will be performed by DC induction method and must be in accordance with designing requirements marks in nameplates and symbols in outside shell 3 2 7 检查互感器变比 check transformation ratio of mutual inductor 试验采用比较法进行 试验结果及误差应与制造厂铭牌值相符 对多抽头 的互感器 可只检查使用分接头的变比 Test will be carried out by comparison and test results and tolerance 合闸线圈绝缘电阻值不应低于 10 M 采用单臂电桥测量断路器的分 合闸线圈直流电阻值与产品出厂试验值相 比应无明显差别 Use megohmmeter of 500v for measurement the insulation resistance values of closing coils and opening coils of breaker should not be less than 10 M there should no clear difference between the DC resistance values of closing coils and opening coils of breaker measured by single bridge and experimental values of production delivery 3 3 7 experimental values of production delivery 3 5 2 测量绕组的直流电阻 measure DC resistance of windings 测量采用速测欧姆计进行 与产品出厂值或同批相同型号产品的测得值相 比 应无明显差别 Use quick ohmmeter for measurement there should no clear difference comparing the measurement valves with production delivery valves or those for other productions of same batch or model 3 5 3 交流耐压试验 AC voltage endurance test 试验电压执行 GB 50150 2006 电气装置安装工程电气设备交接试验标准 应无闪络及击穿现象 Test voltage should be in accordance with standards for electric equipment transferring to test for electric equipment installation project GB50150 2006 and there should no sparkover and dielectric puncture 3 6 电力电缆试验 test of power cable 3 6 1 检查电力电缆相位 check phase of power cable 核对电力电缆 A B C 两侧相位一致 色标正确 Check power cable A B C phase on both sides should be the same and the color should be correct 3 6 2 测量绝缘电阻与吸收比 measure insulation resistance and absorption ratio 采用 2500V 兆欧表进行测量 兆欧表校正无误后 接通被试相进行绝缘 测定 并分别记录 15 和 60 时的兆欧表示值 R60 和 R15 之比值即为吸收比 1min 后停止测量 并对被试相放电后 改接线测量另两相的绝缘电阻 Use megohmmeter of 2500V for measurement the megohmmeter must be checked and was ok supply power to phase need testing and measure insulation write down the measurement values in 15 and 60 the ratio of R60 and R15 is namely the absorption ratio stop measuring after 1 minute make discharging for phase tested measure insulation resistance for the other two phases 3 6 3 电力电缆直流耐压试验和泄漏电流测量 DC voltage endurance test of power cable and current leakage measurement 试验电路接好后 首先检查各仪表指针是否在零位 量程是否合适 调压器是 否在零位 一切无误后 在不接被试品的状态下 先将试验电路进行空试 试验电 压按额定电压分阶段升压 每阶段停留一分钟 读取微安表的批示值 然后将电 压降至 0 后断开电源 并对被试相放电后 改接线测量另两相的绝缘电阻 在 规定的试验电压下 各相泄漏电流的差别应不大于最小值的 100 当最大泄漏 电流 20uA 以下 各相间差值不应有明显差别 泄漏电流应不随电压不成比例地 显著增长时应注意分析 When the test circuit was connected first check all instruments to see if all pointers were in zero position if the measuring range was appropriate if the voltage regulator was in zero position If everything was ok first test the test circuit without load in the conditions of parts to be tested not being connected the test voltage will be increased by stages according rated voltage each stage will be kept for 1 minute write down the measurement values of microampere meter then reduce voltage to zero and switch off power make discharging for phase tested measure insulation resistance for the other two phases The differences between current leakages of all phases must not be more than 100 of the minimum value among them in the stipulated test voltage there should no clear differences between all phases when the maximum leaking current was below 20uA pay attention to make analysis when the leaking current go up sharply without proportion with voltage 3 7 高压开关柜绝缘电阻及交流耐压试验 test of insulation resistance and AC voltage endurance for high voltage measurement and the measurement results must meet requirements of technological codes Test voltage of AC should be in accordance with standards for electric equipment transferring to test for electric equipment installation project GB50150 2006 and there should no sparkover and dielectric puncture 3 8 交流电动机 AC motor 3 8 1 测量绕组的绝缘电阻和吸收比 measure insulation resistance and absorption ratio of windings 定子绕组的绝缘电阻 10M 吸收比 1 2 Insulation resistance of stator winding should be 10M and absorption ratio should be 1 2 3 8 2 测量绕组的直流电阻 measure DC resistance of windings 电动机各相绕组直流电阻相互差别不应超过其最小值的 2 中性点未引 出的电动机可测量线间直流电阻 其相互差别不应超过其最小值的 1 DC resistance difference between all phase windings of motor should not be more than 2 of the minimum value of them for the motors which neutral point not being connected we can measure DC resistances between lines and difference between measurement values should not be more than 1 of the minimum value of them 3 8 3 检查定子绕组极性及其连接的正确性 check polarity of stator windings and correctness of its connection 应符合技术要求 中性点未引出者可不检查极性 The results should meet technological requirements the polarity will not be checked for stator windings which neutral point not being connected 3 8 4 空载转动检查和空载电流测量 checking for running without load and current measurement without load 电动机空载转动检查的运行时间为 2h 并测量空载运行电流 Running time for checking motors running without load was 2 hours and measure current of running without load at the same time 3 9 继电保护装置 relay protector 继电保护装置的调试应大致按以下程序进行 The test of relay protector will be carried out according to procedure as following 3 9 1 准备工作 make preparation 准备工作包括熟悉和审查设计图纸 收集资料 对较复杂的保护装置应编 制试验方案 了解有关的保护定值 向有关方面报送设备参数 准备试验设备 仪表 试验电源和记录表格等 Preparation jobs include understand and check designing drawings collect documents make test program for complicated protector find out related fixed protection values submit equipment parameters to relevant departments prepare for equipment instruments power and record forms etc used for test 3 9 2 继电保护装置试验 test of relay protector 3 9 2 1 校验前注意事项 issues before test 3 9 2 1 1 装置是否接插到位 有无外伸现象 Check equipment to see if the sockets were there if they stretched out 3 9 2 1 2 工作电源电压等级是否与装置的工作电压相符 以免烧毁电源 Check to see if the voltage grade of working power was in accordance with that of equipment to prevent damaging power 3 9 2 1 3 接线是否与校验图严格对照 以免烧毁装置 Check to see if the wiring was in accordance with drawing to prevent damaging equipment 3 9 2 1 4 在校验及联动试验时不要长时间通入大电流或误将大电流通入到零序 CT 禁止带电插拔装置 确认电源断路器在关闭位置才可插拔装置 否则极易 损坏 CPU Do not input strong current for a long time or input strong current into zero phase sequence CT by mistake when do the test job or linkage test job Plug into or pull out equipment with power on were forbidden only when the power breaker was switched off can we do these jobs or the CPU was damaged easily 3 9 2 1 5 电流输入的相序有严格要求 不能接错 For the phase sequence of current input it is very important and its connect must be correct 3 9 2 1 6 引入装置的交流电压须经 PT 转化为 100V 或经调压器输入 AC current of input equipment must be changed to 100V by PT or was inputted by voltage regulator 3 9 2 1 7 装置内芯若需要抽出 一次 CT 的二次侧可由装置后座板内短接块自 动短接 但为确保安全 若在线运行时需抽芯检查 应对 CT 二次侧先做短接 If inner cores of equipment need drawing out short connection blocks inside back seat plate of equipment will short connect automatically for the secondary side of primary CT if the inner cores need drawing out for checking when equipment was running on line short connect secondary side of CT first to ensure safety 3 9 2 2 装置校验 test of equipment 装置校验前应将产品说明书和装置配套的专用插拔工具准备好 将校验所 需的试验设备 仪表 试验电源准备到位 Make preparations of production usage manual and special tools used for equipment before testing equipment put test devices instruments and power for test in place 3 9 2 2 1 装置在出厂前已进行过全面严格的调试和各种试验 现场调试在装置 上电或系统复位 初始化完毕 进入监控状态后 即可按业主给定保护定值进 行设定输入 做针对性整定值校验 Thorough and strict test and all experiments for equipment have been done before delivery After equipment were supplied power and system was restored initialization was finished and monitoring system was in place we can input data according to fixed values of protection supplied by employer then make targeted test for setting values 3 9 3 单套装置的整组试验 group test for single equipment 检查设备型号应与图纸相符 检查保护装置接线的正确性 试验时在装置 的端子上外加工作电源和试验用可调电流及电压 按照预定的程序进行单套保 护装置的整组试验 Check equipment models to ensure they were in accordance with drawing check correctness of protector wiring supply working power adjustable current and voltage for test to terminals of equipment during test make group test for single protector according to scheduled procedure 3 9 4 保护装置投运前的整组试验 group test before running of protector 检查一 二次回路接线的正确性 二次回路绝缘检查及交流耐压 检查装 置各保护是否全部设定 投入 状态 解开与传动试验有关的其它回路接线和 联锁 使用电流发生器在电流互感器一次输入电流 二次保护装置联动试验 保护装置试投及实际负荷下的试验 Check wiring correctness of primary secondary circuit check insulation of secondary circuit and AC voltage endurance check to see if all protector of equipment were set in jump in status disconnect other circuit wiring and interlock which has relations with running test make linkage test for primary input current of current mutual inductor secondary protector by using current generator make test for protector experimental jumping in and with actual load 3 10 二次回路检验 checking of second circuit 二次回路的检验按以下步骤进行 一般检验 电流电压回路模拟通电试验 Checking of secondary circuit can be done as following steps common checking simulation electrification test of current voltage circuits 3 10 1 一般检验 common checking 3 10 1 1 检验之前应认真查阅有关图纸 包括设计原理图 展开图和安装接线 图 熟悉回路的结构特点和动作原理 回路内主要电气设备以及它们的性能 测量表计的种类 规格和接线方式 继电保护种类 型式 整定值和接线要求 互感器的变比 极性和次级绕组接线方式等 Consult seriously related drawings including schematic diagrams extension drawings and wiring drawings before checking understand structure characters and act principles of circuit main electric equipment and their performance in circuit categories specifications and wiring ways of all measuring meters categories models setting values and wiring requirements of relay protection transformation ratio polarity and wiring way of secondary windings of mutual inductor etc 3 10 1 2 二次回路绝缘试验 采用 500V 1000V 兆欧表测量各直流回路 信号 回路对地绝缘电阻 其值不低于 1 M Insulation test of secondary circuit use megohmmeter of 500V 1000V for measuring insulation resistance to earth of all DC circuits signal circuits the values should not be less than 1 M 3 10 1 3 二次回路交流耐压试验 试验电压为 1000V 当回路绝缘电阻在 10M 以上时 可用 2500V 兆欧表代替 试验时间为 1min 试验时应采取措施防止过 压击穿 AC voltage endurance test of secondary circuit voltage for test is 1000V when insulation resistance of circuit is above 10M we can use megohmmeter of 2500V for replacing test time is 1 minute take measures to prevent overvoltage and dielectric puncture during test 3 10 2 电流电压回路模拟通电试验 分别进行电流 电压二次回路 电流一 次回路的模拟通电试验 检查回路是否有不正确的开路 短路及接触不良现象 互感器变比及其次级绕组的接线方式和极性是否符合要求 继电器整定值复核 等 simulation electrification test of current voltage circuits make simulation electrification test of current voltage secondary circuits current primary circuits checking and acceptance 3 11 3 试运设备已经过静态调试合格 并有试验记录 草稿 All equipment need testing have been tested in static status and were ok test records were there informal 3 11 4 运行操作人员 施工人员及调试人员均已到场 Operation persons construction persons and test persons have been on site 3 11 5 试运设备周围杂物已经过清理 脚手架已拆除 并围上安全绳 挂上 警告牌 Area around equipment need testing has been cleaned scaffolding has been removed and test site has been enclosed with safety ropes and warning plates have been installed 3 11 6 将机 电部分的连接装置拆开 并确认当电动机转动时 联轴器不会 相碰 Dismantle connector between equipment and motor and make sure the couplings will not crash into each other when the motor is running 3 11 7 在事故按钮处派人看守 当机组不正常时 立即操作事故按钮停机 People should be in the place of emergency pushbutton to stop running of equipment by operating emergency pushbutton immediately when something abnormal happened to equipment 3 11 8 操作应在现场进行 控制盘与现场之间 应有电话或对讲机联系 Operation should be performed on site and there should be telephone or interphone for communication between control panel and site 3 11 9 测量一次回路的绝缘电阻值 合格后始可启动 如不合格 应查明原 因并消除之 Measure insulation resistance of primary circuit to make sure it was ok or find out problems and solved them 3 11 10各类继电保护应经单体调试合格 符合设计给定要求 并经传动试验 验证后全部投入 Single equipment test for all relay protectors have been done and were ok All 3 12 电动机空载试运顺序如下 the test sequence for motor without load is as following 3 12
