accident occurred no major accident and above no major fire accidents without environmental pollution accidents safety for three consecutive years to maintain stability to good posture Business financial indicators total profits of 255 million Yuan beyond the annual budget of 207 million Yuan beyond the Datang company index 41 89 million Yuan an increase of 1 76 million Yuan FCM assessment at grade four Energy power supply standard coal completing 312 25 g kWh down 0 1 g kWh integrated auxiliary power consumption ratio in 5 12 down 0 26 pollutant emissions performance greatly reduced compared to last year carbon 0 09 g kWh sulfur dioxide 0 104 g kWh NOx 0 512 g kWh dust removal efficiency of more than 99 8 Reliability index equivalent availability factor in 93 47 increased 7 95 from a year earlier Equivalent forced outage rate 0 08 0 16 reduction over the same period a year earlier Major achievements first we should adhere to the two management system basis strengthening technological research strengthen hidden hazards control and intrinsic safety Enterprise construction took new steps The two management system for improvement Focus on promoting the power of the company management system and the application and implementation of the safety loop five star management system improve the safety management system realize the system of safety control Further regulate security routines safety supervision and management network role to play to achieve closed loop Strengthening the supervision and management of habitual violation of strengthening the safety benefits of improving outreach 学生学分认定管理办法 根据教育部 2003 年颁发的 普通高中课程改革方案 实验 和 山东省普通高中学生学分管理方案 试行 的要求 为科学 规范 有 序实施普通高中学生学分的认定和管理 促进高中新课程的顺利推进 结合我校的实际情况 特制定本管理方法 一 学分的意义 普通高中课程改革方案的精神阐明 学分是对学生在课程学习方 面的经历和发展水平的认定 用以记录学生在相应的课程领域的成长 经历和达到的发展程度 为了更好地在新课程实施中呈现构建意义上 的学习评价 在传统甄别的基础上 向评价主体的多元化 评价内容 的多重性 评价方法的多样化拓宽 使学生学业评价真正成为真实描 述与反映学生学业发展历程和状况的过程 自我教育的过程 二 学习模块学分认定的基本内容及方法 1 学习课时 学校必须按照课程计划规定的课时开设课程 学生 原则上都必须全程参加课时学习 学生参加课程学习时间必须达到规 定的 80 以上 全部学生学习课时由任课教师认真登记 2 学习过程反映 60 分以上为合格 1 听课状态 任课教师对学生在课堂上的听课情况进行量化打分 总分为 20 分 实行扣分制 根据学生的表现酌情扣分 2 预习完成学案情况 任课教师对学生的预习情况进行量化打分 总分为 15 分 根据学生的预习情况酌情扣分 3 作业情况 任课教师对学生的作业情况进行量化打分 总分为 20 分 4 合作学习 任课教师对学生在课堂上的参与 讨论等作出评价 进行量化打分 总分为 20 分 实行扣分制 5 迟到情况 任课教师对学生每一节的迟到情况进行记录 无迟 到现象得 10 分 每迟到一次扣 1 分 6 课堂上及自习上的其他情况 若无下列现象得 15 分 课堂上睡觉 学生如果在课堂上有睡觉现象 每次扣 0 5 分 分 并写出书面检讨 情节严重者 送交政教处处理 3 模块考试成绩 每个模块学习结束 由学校根据课程标准统一命题组织终结测试 测试除书面笔试外 应根据学科的特点举行必要的非书面笔试 如英 语的听力 口语表达 自然学科的实验操作 体育 艺术学科的表演等 第 1 2 3 方面全部合格给予相应模块学分 学生因学分认定 考试成绩不合格而不能获得学分的 可以申请补考或申请参加 其他教学班相同学习模块的考试 补考时间由学校安排 补考 或参加其他教学班相同学习模块的考试不得超过 2 次 仍不及 格者 可申请重修 改修或放弃 必修课程和有必修学分要求 的选修课程不得放弃 选修课程中要求获得必修学分的模块有 其他选择的除外 重修要在接到不认定学分的通知后 1 年之 内完成 重修所用时间不得与先前修习所用时间累加 同科课 程 模块 重修不得超过两次 学生因修习时间不足不能获得学 分的 可在补足修习时间后认定 三 综合实践活动学分认定 1 研究性学习学分认定 研究性学习主要围绕音乐 美术 体育等方向开展 也可参与兴 趣小组 社团等形式认定 参与音乐 美术 体育等方向的主要抓好两个阶段 第一阶段 学 习过程评价 第二阶段 测试成绩 由指导教师评价 参与兴趣小组 社团等形式的 由指导老师评价 学生自评 互评 综合评定 重点抓好三个阶段 第一阶段 计划阶段 参与的学生写出 Delegates staff
