of it has been confined to a great number of rules and regulations Thus this learning material serves to deepen their understanding in this respect by exploring the nature of tenses in particular the simple present tense the present continuous tense the simple past tense and the present perfect tense Within this material we conduct a comparative analysis of the above four tenses by dividing them into two groups and employ more direct and concise words to define them accompanied by situational examples After a basic understanding of these tenses students will be asked to finish some situational conversations so as to better understand what they have learnt Having had a deeper understanding of the tenses they then will be asked to do some multiple choices in order to adapt to their daily text form and have a full understanding of the four tenses After this we will help students use correct verb forms in their speaking by asking them to say something about the Ya an earthquake which is of great concern these days At the end of the class we will ask students to write a letter to their future self using what they have learnt in this period in the process of which
